The paint is reduced with water? Or, what kind of paint you used? If is reduced, what is the proportion 3 paint 1 water, or just guessing.

I use trident paints and I don’t reduce with water I use their reducer and I mix 1:1 for general airbrushing and 30% paint and 70% reducer for detailed airbrushing, hope that helps 👍🏻

Does putting the cap over the paint help the performance of the airbrush or just stop it from coming out the top? Also any tips for airbrushing itself
No it doesn’t change the performance it just helps to stop paint from dripping out of the cup when you are painting 😉👍🏻 tips for airbrushing , don’t give up it can be frustrating when you start but if you persist you will get there 🤩
Can you paint on an acoustic guitar? I removed my pickguard and feel compelled to tattoo it up. Something simple, Quick and relatively easy for you to knock out. I’d be glad to get this guitar shelved up. Especially if the price is right ?

Yes , I clean regularly between colours, I also use multiple airbrushes when I am working through an artwork 👍🏻

What kind of paint did you use and brand?
I like using trident waterbased airbrush paint and also createx illustration colors. 🤩
So are most airbrush paints ready to spray out of the bottle .... I paint cars and am used to reducing my paints

Why put white, if only to cover it up with the yellow?
As the white acts as a base so that the yellow will sit on top of it nice and bright 😉👍🏻

You have to clean it between color changing. It's better to have more than one.

Yep that can happen and can be frustrating , make sure your needle locking nut is screwed in tight, so the needle moves back and forth when you pull back on the trigger allowing for paint to come out 👍🏻🤩

What is the name of that thing you used to make that perfect circle?
A Stencil. Some Art Shops have Different Ones. They Mainly have just the Basic Ones. The ones of Characters, needs to be made from a Laser Printer.

The stencil used is by Artool and it’s from the blasted series ‘circle FX’ hope that helps 👍🏻

Yes, I tend to always pour heaps into my cup and then tip it all back lol…been doing it that way for over 20+ years don’t think I’ll break the habit anytime soon ….thankfully Trident Airbrush Paint look after me 😉
