Nice work! Tried giving this mysterious hobby a go a few months ago. No luck just a repeatedly cheap clogged airbrush. What airbrush should I start with? thanks
great videos. Thanks. I have a question. Is it possible to paint oil paintings with an airbrush where the main medium is linseed oil? The pigment should be very transparent to have the right viscosity. What parameters should the airbrush and compressor have for this type of work? thanks a lot
You can run pretty much anything through your airbrush as long as it’s a ‘milky’ consistency. Just keep in mind if using oils then make sure to clean your airbrush thoroughly with turpentine, so none of the oil dries within your airbrush . That said there are loads of quality ready to use acrylic paints available for airbrushing which will make it much easier for you, I would stick with a brush for your oils and use acrylic for your airbrushing 😉👍🏻
I just picked up an airbrush and compressor this past week. Did you have to prepare the canvas any special way? im gonna pick up a couple small canvas from my 100 yen shop, but ill have to paint em black. Looks like a really fun exercise to get me started.
You can 'gesso' your canvas but I usually just unwrap them and start painting, that way its up to you if you would like to add gesso for a smoother finish, I actually prefer the texture .👍
hello sir can you please tell me what clear coat i can use with trident paints ? and can you also please roughly tell me the ratio of mixing transparent base as i have nevers used it before .. thank you
Thank you very very much for your videos. I find a problem using Createx Illustration Colors - White, I use a Takumi Micron and when spraying the w color at the lowest or higuer psi presure, the amount of dropped paint it is not as opaque than the white you show from Trident (and reduced) Colors. The same history I have had trying your Lighting and Clouds video. The result for me, it is not as sharp and nice than you do because I need to do much more passes over the same white line that I had done and of course for your experience and skills versus mine. Because I can't have Trident at Spain, do you think that there is some workarround? Thank you very much in advance. And thank you again for your videos
Hi there thanks for your comment and glad you enjoy my vids . I don’t use the Createx illustration colors white much however I would suggest getting the Createx wicked white which will definitely opaque faster and give you the coverage you are looking for . Also, you may wish to get in contact with trident as I am pretty sure they have a European distributor so you should be able to get some paint if you are in Spain 👍🏻
thats great , I'm glad this video has got you thinking, there are elements that you learn from this design that can be applied to so many other things, eg...lightning, neon letters, glowing effect in general....have fun with it 👍
Generally I don't, but I'm sure it also depends on the brand. With iwata and gsi creos they are perfect straight out of the box, that said if you prefer to give it a clean then it wouldn't hurt.👍
You definitely could if you prefer, I would then mask where the eclipse is going first to protect that area from star spatters, then follow along with the tutorial.
sorry to hear you felt that way....it's actually one of my shorter vids...that said feel free to watch this version which is under a minute 👉 ruclips.net/user/shortsRbOjJMb34vQ

Tried giving this mysterious hobby a go a few months ago. No luck just a repeatedly cheap clogged airbrush. What airbrush should I start with? thanks
Hahaha. I promise if you stick with it, you will find this question to be funny.

You could totally use this same technique to make your own Interstellar black hole!
Wow great work amazing performance ❤

Glad you enjoyed it!
Awesome. Thanks for sharing 👍
Thanks for watching!
Looks awesome I might have a go at doing this
would a 0.5 needle be able to complete such a detailed project?
Great video sir, I'm going to have to try this.
thank you and yes, give it a go it's nice and easy and lots of fun to do.

no probs at all glad you enjoyed the video. 🤘
Awesome as always! Mind is running with the ideas now! Thanks!

Nicely done Sir ..... thank you 🙏
My pleasure, glad you enjoyed the video.
thank you for this video. i will try this out this weekend hopefully. it looks amazing!!!
Simple and impressive!
thanks guys glad you liked it and appreciate the comment thats exactly what I was hoping for.
When you purchase a new airbrush should you take it apart and clean it before the firstt use?
Generally I don't, but I'm sure it also depends on the brand. With iwata and gsi creos they are perfect straight out of the box, that said if you prefer to give it a clean then it wouldn't hurt.👍
thanks for the video man, amazing work and explanation!
Damn that's sick. 😮😮😀😀👌👌
thank you glad you enjoyed it 😉
Magnifique 🎉🎉❤❤🌠👏👏👏
Thanks 🙏
very nice job
Do you have to wear special glasses to paint this?
Thank you 😃🤙
Major Heroes vibes ☀️
thank you glad you enjoyed the video
Cool!!!! Thank You!!!!🔥👍😎
Great job!
Amazing, nice work! 🔥🔥🔥
Wow, so cool. Thanks! 👍
Nice more pls...
Awesome. Now just need to learn how to paint the rest of the galaxy 😏
You'll be fine, take a look in the description as I have a 'starburst' tutorial as well as a space scene listed there which may help you out. 🤔👍
Awesome work , I've learnt so much from your videos, thank you so much 👍👍👍👍
Muito top valeu apenas conferir mestre. ...👏👏👏🇧🇷
I just air brush a 2 plants and a Eclips.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻fantastic
I’m guessing that attempting to add some white specs to the outer perimeter field is a bad idea? Real world, stars wouldn’t be visible for an eclipse.
You definitely could if you prefer, I would then mask where the eclipse is going first to protect that area from star spatters, then follow along with the tutorial.
👏👏👏...!!!
thank you
Eclipse não deveria ser feito com Eclipse"
👍 thank you
Вот оказывается как можно простейший рисунок усложнить и растянуть непонятно зачем😰
That's not how black holes work....
such a long video and finally a complete fuss
