at 6:23 you can see a skull in your nebula, also the shape of the entire nebula is the "batman" nebula, because it looks like the bat symbol in the sky.
Thank you for your feedback, yes it’s a new Video Chapter feature that RUclips has brought out and I thought it would be helpful for viewers who wish to go back to a specific part of the vid (especially in the longer form tutorials), so thank you for letting me know that you find it useful 👍🏻
Fantastic result, again, you make it look easy.. "The Master has failed more than the beginner has tried" time to embrace failure and learn its lessons.
OK, this tutorial in his series blew my mind. AA proves with imagination and creativity there is no limit to what can be done if you develop a good foundation of airbrush skills. He is a great instructor. 👍
Awesome tutorial ! I'll definitely try this. Also, the music adds a lot to the entertainment value on top of the pure educational side of the video, there's a really fitting "mood" to it. Loved it !
This looks awesome! I just kinda learned clouds on a stencil recently, and after watching you use this stencil, the space look you made is quite similar. I'm gonna try this one out on my own. Its good to learn something new! Thanks again for piquing my interests, and helping me to learn some more new tricks!
Looks fantastic, thanks for showing your detailed technique. I hope to do something similar for the playing surface of a pinball machine. Please keep up with the space theme artwork.
Wonderful picture: I needed to see how to do space scenes. This really helped me. Thank you. I hope my picture looks more like yours or it will just hang in the garage!
I paint with rattle cans and I do space scenes. I want an airbrush for more detail and shading. Thanks for the vid! It's definitely shoving me in that direction.
Great to hear, don't think it's all me as you are the one who created the painting....but happy to take some credit nonetheless lol, thanks again really appreciate the comment and kind words.
Great video team.... very clever with your shading & 3D painting 🙌... just wondering for someone who hasn’t started airbrushing yet but about to... would you Recommend the Neo .35 or the Eclipse .35 ? And what’s the main difference? Your thoughts would be awesome thx kind regards Ash😎
Are you located in Australia or overseas ? ..our flat rate shipping where we ship express is $16.50 and I believe that AirShot ships for free if you order over $20 USD they ship for free in the US. If you are in Australia then feel free to reach out and I can offer you regular shipping for about $4 cheaper 👍🏻
I'm new to the airbrush scene, I've had some practice and did some trial and error, but I have this project. I don't know how much you know about gunpla or Gundam models, I have a kit that I want to do something like this on, a galaxy look, the model itself is not very big standing at 125mm tall. My question being would it look better doing each piece, (arms, legs, body etc) individually or should I use all of the build as a canvas and paint it while it's together as one? Just looking for an opinion or insight/advice.
thanks for your comment, unfortunately the template shown is by Airshot stencils and they have since closed down, check out spraygunner as they may have stock the stencil is called Planet Tools, hope that helps
Great effect, nice one. A question, I notice you often use the airbrush without the needle cup in place - is there a reason or is that just your preference? Cheers
Fabulous Just Fabulous! I’m watching so many of your videos and often see 2 airbrushes. Mine is a cheap one I use to push air thru onto paper for alcohol inks only- definitely inadequate for painting with. **Which airbrush is a good choice for starting out in the Iwata line? I saw $169 - 200 or so, for several on Iwata’s site but it’s a bit confusing. Thanks for sharing your beautiful art work! 🌹
Dear Airbrush Asylum, ive been watching your videos lts and im trying to do this particular example...i winder if i tell you whats happening could you give me some guidance. I'm having the following problems...#1 i seem to be getting spiders how ever i mix my paint thin or thick, #2 if i look closely when im trying to get close for detail the paint seems to be pulsing out rather than coming out in a even spray, at first i thought it might be the compressor running up the pressure but no, even when the pressure is up it still seems to be pulsing out..#3at present in can only afford to mix my own paints using acrylic and home made thinner....Please can you help. Thank you in advance Marcus.
Here’s a quick vid showing you how to create a basic starburst - ruclips.net/video/RSQg41b9u0k/видео.html

Liking the indexing on the progress bar (redback helmet as well). Makes it easy to go back and find specific steps.

Woooooooooah I like that..... I like it a lot. How good would that look on a bedroom ceiling! Using larger templates of course.
This is amazing!
Thank you so much 🤘🏻
Looks great! I would like to see more ideas on how to add freehand work to stencils. Like you said it looks too "perfect" just using stencils.
Thank you and yes I am trying to continue to mix up my content , may look at doing some more ‘freehand’ tutorials soon 😉👍🏻
Thanks, great job
Thanks for the great video
WOW - Looks realy Great. I love it !!!
Very interesting and inspiring
Beautiful 👍👊
I love your videos!!
Thank you so much 👍🏻
Did my first airbrush project today. Came out good thanks to you. I just need a better airbrush. The harbor freight one sucks.
Great to hear, don't think it's all me as you are the one who created the painting....but happy to take some credit nonetheless lol, thanks again really appreciate the comment and kind words.
@@AirbrushAsylum it really was your teachings. You really make a difference to us newbies. Thanks dude 👍👍
Always wanted to know how to paint a "Spice Scene" :-) Good job - thanks!
Thanks mate, im really learning a lot from this video.
Many Thanks for this tutorial, I'm a beginner with airbrush, this sky is amazing. I try to do it and... It's "whaou" effect.
Awesome!
Thank you 🙏🏻
This is my first time seeing your vids. Was wondering if you could, if you have not already, do this with the Vallejo space dust color shift paints!?
Thank you for all the awesome videos.
Do you clean your template after use?
Sensationel! thanks!
Thank you glad you enjoyed the vid 👍🏻
Love it! Thanks
Great tutorial thanks. Out of interest did you change air brush nozzle size and or vary your compressor pressure doing this piece.
Got a subscriber 👍👍😁
Awesome picture, really like that. Please tell me, are you spraying without the nozzle-cap?
Fantastic tutorial as always new sub here. Just wondering why no one has mentioned the skull in this scene. Was it intentional?
I was kinda hoping you'd leave the last big circle black, looks like a Black hole without the event horizon. Thankyou so much for this tutorial
Thank you and glad you enjoyed the video and appreciate the comment 👍🏻
I’m just now getting into airbrush art and I’m wondering why you’re not using a tip? And is there a different with and without one? Thanks
Thanks
No probs 👍🏻
Parabéns belo trabalho

I am a subscriber. I was going to purchase some templates but the postage was ridiculous! It was almost as much as the temple !

Hello. What do you impregnate the canvas with before airbrushing?
Nothing ….you can use Gesso but I generally just buy Pre-primed canvases and airbrush straight on them 👍🏻

ok thank you@@AirbrushAsylum
great stuff, greetings from St. Tropez
Thank you so much glad you enjoyed it 👍🏻
Are you able to cut them out and use them as a smaller piece?
Great effect, nice one. A question, I notice you often use the airbrush without the needle cup in place - is there a reason or is that just your preference? Cheers
Hi mate, do you ever prep your surface with Jesso?
What size canvas is this? And also, what kind of paint do you use to make it black first? Do your airbrush it black or paint it with hand?
This one is approx A3 size and I did paint it black using Trident Airbrush Paint, you can also buy canvases already painted black.
I was waiting for Starship Enterprise to wisk by.
Lol….that would have been a nice touch 🤔

Iwata Eclipse.. after looking at the description box it has to be the Eclipse.. because the Micron is $550 which isn’t for the beginner 😳 Thank you 😊
❤

Could I use glow in the dark or fluorescent acrylic paint in an air brush?
Yes, just make sure you thin it down to match the mm. In your airbrush needle so paint can come out easy
Top!
