There are NO references to MGK as this came out BEFORE their 'beef' happened.
Em has a long history of calling himself BOTH "the devil" and "rap god". He uses the "devil" aspect to reference his own "twisted thoughts" and "violence related themes". The "god" aspect to reference his own skills and influence.
So when Em says "Knock, knock, let the devil in. Malevolent as I've ever been". It should have warned you off the bat that Em was going to go into some dark themes of controlling your mind and your body.
If anything, MGK stole Rap Devil from this 😆.
With that being said, way back in the song "Bagpipes from Baghdad" he did deliver THIS warning to all who want to come at him: "you can become a permanent fixture, in my lyrical mixture".
Acktshuallyyy, "Rap Devil" hit 3 September 2018 and the video for "Venom" dropped 5 October 2018... that said, this song was probably written and produced long before the video was released since it was timed to release with the movie. There's a chance that Colson was trying to steal Em's thunder off some behind-the-scenes info but it's hard to say.

There is beef,.. their beef went back to year 2012 i believe it was when MGK commented on Haily’s photo on her social media with the words “hot as fuck.” She was a 16 year old minor. They have been in a feud ever since.
Dre gave Em his shot. Em says he's the man that saved his life. Yes, they're close.

And vice versa, Dre said the same thing about Eminem. They're a perfect match.

The whole song is a triple. It's simultaneously about addiction, Em's music, and the Venom symbiote.
"I need a doctor" gives a pretty good description of Em and Dre's history
This song was created before rap devil and he is not referencing MGK in this song at all. Also the devil horns is something Em has done for years dating back to the early 2000's.
Oh, and he's dissing parents, because Eminem/Slim Shady/Marshall Mathers was one, in a looooooong line of artists that parents banded together against. Parents groups regularly blamed him for their children's "misbehavior". Lawsuits were filed against everybody and their mothers in an attempt to keep them off the shelves. They said that certain artists would be the ruin of their children with violent and sinful lyrics corrupting their souls. So hence the "I ruined your childhood".
He said a combination of a real Kamikaze and Ghandi. You probably already know this, and it may not have anything to do with the song, but:
A Kamikaze was a Japanese pilot in WWII, who of course would dogfight, but their ultimate weapon was flying their plane into what they were attacking. So to accomplish their goal, they absolutely destroyed themselves.
Ghandi would go on ridiculously long hunger strikes in protest of the treatment of Indian people under English occupation/colonization. He too, was absolutely willing to destroy himself to accomplish his goal.
I thought the kamikaze was a reference to the album

Crazy, I didn't think about the comparison between kamikaze pilots and Ghandi's hunger strikes. I doubt many people would - very clever on your part. I can't imagine anyone in rap being clever enough to come up with a verse that ties a kamikaze suicide pilot's mission together with a peace advocate like Ghandi's mission, in order to talk about destruction. Oh, wait...
I think you actually got that one right. That makes perfect sense. What else would Ghandi have to do with that verse, except for sacrifice, destruction? He has some incredibly complex metaphors and it takes a TON of listens from even the biggest Stans and music critics to get most of them - yet still, not all of them (as Eminem has mentioned there are the occasional lines that are intended for only "ten people he knows or so" to understand, something like that).
This is on the soundtrack for Venom! He did Kamikaze after Revival and he came back with a Vengeance! Em came out with this before mgk! Mgk took that from Eminem! Eminem pays homage to the OG's! Dre gave Eminem the shot no one else would!!!

Melman was a rapper with Em and Dre and those guys back in the day and was a big writer on Dre’s 2001 album. He’s the dude that has the random verse tagged into the end of the Forgot about Dre video
