@@shanegodman1251 Listen, Steve has never came out and blatantly said he's used drugs in the past or present, but did admit that to win in competing it is basically a requirement to do this stuff. Having said that, it doesn't change the fact that he puts out good fitness content for his viewers and has a good work ethic. It would be ridiculous to say he's never used PED's before or even now. It's just not socially acceptable for influencers to admit this stuff as it does nothing but bring bad PR their way.

I'm no expert by any means but I feel like it would be best to do some mobility movements in your normal routine and try to ultimately improve your mobility, not sure if there's a hack for a movement like that!
@@loganmontuori I think that you're right, and I was thinking the same. Unfortunately, I don't think mobility training will help me in this movement. I'm not very "big" (nowhere near Steve), but I have never been close to be able to touch my shoulders like that. But thanks for the suggestion! :-)
