When the trailer is that cheap you know the other fees are through the roof. If they intentionally exclude the information during the sales pitch buyer beware.
Before you purchase a trailer check park rules. Cost for back ground check. Income requirement to rent a lot. And ask yourself why is there no new trailer and how old are the other trailers in park. You will need to pay rent till you sell this trailer.

Great little place! But really only for one person and no pet? I’d want a little dog. For companionship AND to let me know if someone is being nosey at night 😡. I mean really??? No pets??? For seniors?? Never heard of that unless it’s in rented places but IF I OWN IT…I’m getting a dog. PLUS, I swore I’d never in my life let an HOA tell me how to live on my own property. I’d end up in jail 😂

Built in 1966 = uninsurable. Jalousie windows in doors are energy hogs and are easy to break into. Nice remodel. Best for seasonal snowbird.
