    The problems with this park is the park rent.. these are older trailers that are there.. I assume a very long time..buying a home here would be too expensive…sorry..cut the mobile prices way down you might sale..

      This is a mobile home. 1000 square ft homes homes sell for $3000K in Fla. lot rent here is probably so much that nobody can afford it.

      Are you excited about paying $1,100.00 a month to pay for the ground under this trailer? It sounds like it covers many things. The only drawback is these fees rise. They always rise.

    I have watched a lot of your videos and this has got to be the weirdest floor plan I have ever seen ... who wants to come directly into the kitchen and then have your guests virtually go through your whole house to get to the living room?
