Lot rent is outrageous. The house just needs some TLC. I'm a little concerned about the mention of tenting for termites! Watch out, If they're established in the ground. I once lived in a rental that had termites. The exterminator was in my basement once a month spraying chemicals that smelled terrible. I styled discussed a soft spot in thet room floor and a tunnel behind a picture on the living room wall. I moved out my furniture immediately and soon after i left. I can see why so many people are forced to sell and move out with high lot rent. Plus lot rent you have utilities, lawn care etc and the possibilities of the lot rent going up. If you take 900. Or more per month per the amount of homes in the park. Even with taxes can you imagine how much the property owners are making off the tenants in the park. Millions. So many people are living hand to mouth and paycheck to paycheck. Have mercy on others.

Great little place! But really only for one person and no pet? I’d want a little dog. For companionship AND to let me know if someone is being nosey at night 😡. I mean really??? No pets??? For seniors?? Never heard of that unless it’s in rented places but IF I OWN IT…I’m getting a dog. PLUS, I swore I’d never in my life let an HOA tell me how to live on my own property. I’d end up in jail 😂
