Wow!? Very very Nice!! Ooorah!!
Sweet place. Your commentary interlaced with music and visuals is perfect.
Pretty white curtains would look fabulous!
Very nicely updated. I love this one. Love the built in’s.
Beautiful kitchen❤
Love it .. But NO way am I paying over a Grand lot rent?? 🤯
"No way" you were going to live there anywhere... thanks be.
That lot rent is worse than a time share! Hard no.
Lot rent is way too high. Might as well buy a house.
Then go troll elsewhere... good grief. It's a sweet place, excellent value - overall.
For a 1971? Wow, lot rent kills it.
Fer you Karien... but not for others.
I wish you could own the lot.
Could the buyer put a fence up for a small dog
10000 lot rent no way
The lot rent is crazy high.
What is the lot rent?
@@bonnieneedler6090You own the house but not the property it sits on. You're better off buying a home. Stay away from Florida properties.
@@noneofyourbusiness9369 "Better" for everyone... troll elsewhere... ;-) VERY good video - despite you Kariens.
@@billhosko7723 For one I answered a question doesn't make me a troll. You're the troll for sticking your nose where it doesn't belong. And last learn to spell Darren! Now jog on.
Are the crazy charging lot rents that high?!?!
This is what has happened to Flo. The obsession from northerners has created this madness. Someone from up north will pay it
I am from up north and would never pay that…
Florida is turning into the least best place to retire $ wise
@@MrSizewise Trolls. Good grief.
Cute house and I bought a new mobile home in Texas in 1995 and I said never again.
Now if someone is in the last 10 yrs of life maybe.
It’s just these lot rents can go up each year and they usually have heavy restrictions in how your home can look. No fences for privacy or even 4 ft talk for pups.
Now I have to say 1000 rent for lot is also for the amenities then it’s pretty good.
But if memebership is extra then no.
This is 55 plus community too.
Can I rent the extra room ?? Is there a rule for this probably.
Or is it for just family to stay ???
Can family use facilities??
Also, we need to think a little buying a house. W land.
You will pay property taxes which can coast hundreds per month.
So I’m wondering if there are additional property taxes here. ??
If not it’s more like 500 lot rent and if that includes club etc then decent.
Go awaaay... Gesus.
I gusee the property owners are real live banksters and gangsters. Might as well purchase a home.
Hello..sorry but is the lot rent monthly? If I want not to stay all of the year in the US is this a problem. What about the backround check? How is it working? We are Germans living retired in Spain but we have an eye on Florida. We have been many times in Fort Lauderdale. So we know Florida good😍😍
Thank you un saludo einen Gruß
Go awaay. Good grief.
@@billhosko7723 billhosko7723 yeahh you are right.... Geh mit Gott... Thank you and igualmente. Respira.!! Have a nice and warm day....😎👌

Yah... sure you were going to put 'in an offer'. 45K - Excellent value.... Lot rent is a VERY good value.
Very Nice, but the lot fee is quite expensive!
Good grief. It is an excellent value if one is ACTUALLY wanting to live there.
@@billhosko7723 WoW!
GOOD GRIEF! The home is, but the LOT FEE in HIGH.@@billhosko7723 GOOD GRIEF!
Leather couches in Florida? No way. All the furniture id toss out . Looks like goodwill.
Troll. It's a sweet little place... Great price... lot rent/fees is a GREAT value.
A 1000.00 is more than enough for lot rent with all the trailers thier are in park ridiculous.
