Can you be a snowbird in these properties? and what are the rules on having company come visit for a week or 2 for vacation? I have 1 granddaughter that is 15yrs old and I have 3 sons all over 40yrs old. I would like to have them come visit.
Guests are welcome! Most guest policies state that a guest of any age can come 15 consecutive days and a total of 30 days per calendar year. Above that, they would consider them more permanent and they would need to comply with residency rules and application processes.
It’s fairly common down here. They put a big tent over the whole house and gas it to ensure any wood destroying termites are eliminated. Then you keep up with regular pest maintenance. It’s our climate making it prone to termites.Thanks for watching!
Just my opinion but tenting releases a gas into every nook and cranny of the home and anything in it and stops it dead. The spraying is targeted and even when they drill holes and inject, the treatment doesn’t go everywhere. Most tenting companies offer an insurance policy after tenting.as well.
