Fun fact. I bought a 55 Hisense to replace a sharp TV. Guess what? It’s been 5 years and it’s running! It’s even faster than my Samsung 60. Don’t underestimate this brand. In my case. The reliability, speed, cost, and still good 4K definition wins in my book.

Steve thanks for the review, I'm mainly a Movie buff, so I'm not bothered about the grays and blacks, or even game mode just as long as I can turn the t.v. on and see a nice, Big, Clear picture!! I actually purchased this modal in a 58-inch for my younger brother and at first glance, we Both liked the t.v. I'm even looking into purchasing one for myself, but in the 75in. As long as I can purchase a 4-5yr warranty on my no name brand television, I'm a-okay!

However, this looks a whole different league of quality than you would normally think of when it comes to budget TV's. I'm excited for what Hisense do in the future, assuming they can keep the prices from creeping up.
Sonys were easy for me to drop….had two in a row fail. One was a replacement for a failed TV and only lasted a week. I moved to the LG C2 and it’s amazing. I bought one of these TVs for my work breakroom as I am kind of a brand snob as well.

I just bought the 55 inch model about a month ago and mine makes a buzzing noise whenever the TV itself is on but when the TV is turned off it stops. I guess this is a common problem among Hisense TV’s in general but I wanted a TV with Dolby Vision without paying $700+. Strange thing is my 50 inch TCL 4 series is almost a year old and has had 0 problems which baffles me considering the reviews on that TV. I will give Hisense the benefit of the doubt, but if this TV starts having problems I will be skeptical of receiving a replacement TV and staying away from Hisense altogether.
dont get the tv i had a bad issue had a 65 inch tv 1 week broke it because the black on it was just ugly the screen i speak of i could not game or could i watch good movies and they so laggy using a calculator is quicker to secret menus

I bought a A6 43 last Thanksgiving on sale, whoever makes this korea or Japan idk! But it works, consumer friendly and great viewing experience! Sound is loud enough, picture quality is really good, you would think a $300 sucks but no! I'm get another one, it pays for itself, reminds me of old Vizio tvs. Had a 3DTV lcd Vizio ran for Ten years 😂. Get a hisense if you on a budget. Comes with a ton of pre-installed apps, Google, Bluetooth, wifi. For 269 that's a steal

Probably a great TV, but the price is too much for me right now! And I don’t want to baby an OLED set. @@TechSteve I'm in the US but I just figured it out they have two different versions of the A6g series they have the Android model that you review and they have a model called xclass tv which is what I have
U.K. A6G can do 1080p 120hz as standard. No tricks or having to play with settings in any way. Make sure hdmi is just set to enhanced mode and ‘boom’ there it is available in the options on Xbox (again without any tricks needed Xbox side either). Also the UK’s version’s 120hz capabilities have been listed in multiple UK reviews. This makes it a perfect fit for an Xbox Series S to be honest, as this ‘really’ only hits 120fps in 1080p anyway. U.K. code is A6GTUK (not the A6GQ mentioned on here)
@@haider7866 is a decent budget TV for gaming, but I would disable HDR (for gaming), the HDR is shocking. The rest is great. Just make sure u select ‘game mode’ in the settings and it will auto do low latency mode… and ‘enhanced’ for the source in the HDMI & CEC options

I have to admit that I have been watching on OLED tv for a while. The Tv is a good product, it’s very very fast, the sound is okay, and the screen is not that colourful and a bit pale but for that price all in all a good choice.

my TVs last a long time usually. my Samsung 1080p tv has been going for almost 10 years and all the inputs still even work. but I just upgraded to the hisense a6h not the g and I couldn't be happier!

I haven’t had any bad experience, I think people purchase some older models when they were growing but the are more focused on building better TVs now.
So I was thinking about picking this up? Here are a few questions? Can it run high demanding games pretty good? How is the audio? How is the quality? I agree and I love Hisense. I own a 50inch for over 5 years its running perfectly fine. The picture quality is superb in my opinion.

Yeah seems some shops left that of spec but curry's have it listed and it's clearly marked on the tv it's smooth gameplay on ps5 and series x and 4k

Look up a 4k RUclips video with the built in app and see if you still see it, most of the time it’s low quality content

@@TechSteve so it isnt necessary? I bought an oled tv before, and the one selling me told mue how important it was that i bought it with a calibration, because of various reasons. But it seeems that it isnt as important with this?
Go with what looks good to you, personally I don’t calibrate my TVs

I haven’t had any bad experience, I think people purchase some older models when they were growing but the are more focused on building better TVs now.
