It's so nice to see you reflecting on growing up and reminding us that you arrived in your adulthood in front of the entire internet. The importance of saving is something many people miss. KUDOS TO YOU BOTH for becoming such fine men. The Nicholas Brothers were athletes. If you think of Fayard and Harold Nicholas as natural talents who practised their craft constantly in order to hone it so finely. My first introduction to them was probably in the 1974 retrospective "That's Entertainment', a popular series of movies . My father grew to adulthood as music was becoming very popular. He was a Canadian veteran of WWII. My earliest memories include Dad singing Louis Jordan's "Is you is or is you ain't my baby" 20 years after the song was initially was released. He would call eveyone in to watch anytime 'Minnie the Moocher" was on tv. He loved the Hi-de-ho chorus, and that is probably where later entertainers picked up the call and response technique. Keep checking out past entertainers, it's amazing how much influence they have today.
I personally believe it is a beautiful thing to have two young men speak so openly with transparency regarding the struggles of life, and how to overcome. I have often said that men do not have a platform to speak on their internal difficulties and how to cope. Most just hold it in because there is this erroneous ideology that men have to be of steal; and yes they need to learn and know how to be good leaders, yet they also need to release and vent in a safe place. 😊 I believe you two help more people of all ages and stages including men that are grateful for your platform but still won't admit to hearing and accepting your speech, but silently are in agreement with you. So good to see Fred back! One good tip I found helpful years ago was to have a separate savings account. I call mine “House Fund” and it helped me save for my house. Now 20+years later, I keep adding to it because it’s inevitable that something in your house will break and it’s never a cheap fix. Keep growing! You two are an inspiration for so many. This internet auntie is proud of you.
Good to see you both, I had a very hard childhood, in & out of foster care, many issues. It is okay to take care of mental health. The Lord gave us Doctor's for both are physical & mental health. There's lots of bumps in the road, it's not a smooth ride. You will change from here to 35 as well, but it does get easier. Wishing you both the best. Remember the line in the song Ironic, "it's the good advice, that you just didn't take," we are all guilty of that one.

I wish so much that my daughter had matured and grown like you. She’s 40 now. She has pushed quite a few good people out of her life and she is shortchanging her daughter from all of the love of people who were pushed away. I pray every day that she gets her mind right. And now it seems that she has completely moved away somewhere else without us knowing of her whereabouts. She's 36 and claims to be "grown" to where she can do whatever the hell she wants without nobody telling her what to do at all. If that were true, there's no way she'd be going about it so immaturely now like she has been so far! 🙄

Besides saving for current needs, also think about long term financial investments for when y'all are retired, trust me! I wish I had been able to save/invest more when I was younger, its hard just living on social security! Worked for over 40 years, and i saved a little along the way, but if I had invested wisely I'd be better off! Y'all look into Certificates of deposit, gold and silver, long term yield, trust me! But above all, y'all still have the light shining in your heart, God is in your soul, He will direct your paths! God bless you both! 🕊️🙏❤️🕯️

I'm very happy to see you know to progress and be better people. Don't ever believe if someone tells you their life is perfect, those people end up with the worst ending. They have fooled themselves into believing their own lie instead of getting help they need. Or at least fixing what's wrong.

Wow, 26 years old… You both have grown so much and are definitely wise beyond your years..even with everything you have gone thru, remaining positive and trusting God is key.. even in adversity, you look at it as a learning experience. even though I’ve never met you guys in person, I feel like I know you because of what you have shared with all of us that support you. Life is hard but you’re right, life happens and we learn. I was in my 20s not knowing what my purpose was until I became a social Worker. Luckily, after 27 years, that’s still my purpose. Fred is right, saving is hard but it can be done. I saved like crazy when I finally became a “government” employee and bought my first house at 27 years old. I see you guys having great goals and doing big things! Thanks Tim for your dedication to this channel and for letting us in on your thoughts with “Tim Talks” .. I love hearing about your various growing and expanding and learning. There's a UK rapper (from Wales) I recently found named Ren, and he's been through lots of growth after severe illness destroyed a lot of his life... and he raps about those struggles and the growth process and what his doubt told him about his own self worth. Whether or not you decide to do a reaction video, I think you'd both still get a lot from just watching his video "Hi Ren". A lot of people see his videos as a form of therapy. But he's a stronger rapper than Eminem, plays guitar like Carlos Santana, and is just a brilliant musician I think you'd enjoy.

I love hearing about your various growing and expanding and learning. There's a UK rapper (from Wales) I recently found named Ren, and he's been through lots of growth after severe illness destroyed a lot of his life... and he raps about those struggles and the growth process and what his doubt told him about his own self worth. Whether or not you decide to do a reaction video, I think you'd both still get a lot from just watching his video "Hi Ren". A lot of people see his videos as a form of therapy. But he's a stronger rapper than Eminem, plays guitar like Carlos Santana, and is just a brilliant musician I think you'd enjoy.
