the geography around that area looks beautiful. Even though the first stadium is small I really like the location sunken in like that. My favourite I think is Caliente but the Aztecs basketball arena built into the old Aztec Bowl is a great idea and the Padres stadium is pretty sweet too.
When I was stationed at Camp Pendleton, I used to love going down to Jack Murphy Stadium to watch the Padres play. I got to see them play a doubleheader vs the Cincinnati Reds, and before the second game, Rosanne Barr came out and sung the National Anthem. Needless to say, everybody booed her.
That woman didn't have an ounce of creativity, She stole that anthem bit from Leslie Neilson's funny scene in the "Naked Gun 2 1/2: The Smell of Fear". She thought it would get a huge laugh, but it didn't. The funny thing is that Neilson was Canadian. Everytime when a US anthem singer botches "O' Canada" at a sporting event. I pop up that scene on my computer.
When the Jersey Knights (formerly the New York Golden Blades/Raiders) of the World Hockey Association moved to San Diego for the 1974-75 season and became the Mariners, the then-named San Diego Sports Arena (now Pechango Arena) was still using wire mesh “chicken wire” instead of plexiglas or glass around the boards. At some point during the Mariners three seasons in town, the Sports Arena finally replaced the mesh with plexiglas.
Madrid stadiums next please! Don't forget to include the towns that surround Madrid but are part of it like Getafe, Leganes or Vallecas, all with decent venues
Been to most of these many many many times..... Still wish you'd do college baseball fields....Fowler Park, below the Slim Gym, is beautiful, and San Diego State's is of course named after a legend, Tony Gwynn
The outdoor Stadiums of South Jersey? (That would be these counties Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem) as well as Mercer County
@@bizmen81 Well sir, then what you wrote here is effectively but not nesessarily a voluntary lie. The old fence that divided San Diego and Tijuana has existed for years starting in the late 1970's, far too long before 9/11, and then revamped again after 9/11 in 2006 by the Bush administration under the legislation of "immigration reform" (Bush's own choice of words) and "This particular wall" which you see on screen was another revamp by the Trump administration which is indeed "A bigger, taller, better wall". So no, 9/11 had absolutely nothing to do with it.
I was in Tijuana once, and there were burros painted to look like zebras, that you could take pictures with "just to prove I was in Tijuana" (and NO, I did NOT have my picture taken with one of those creatures).
Zonkey is combination of donkey and zebra, in Tijuana is a tradition to paint a donkey white white and black lines like a Zebra, they are called in Spanish burrocebras
You should do a College Football FBS one for the independent teams, which means that they don’t belong to any Conference! These teams include Air Force, Army, Notre Dame, UConn, etc!
love seeing my home Town in this

Roseanne Barr hasn't been relevant in over 30 years, and when she is in the news, it's usually for the wrong reasons.
Zonkey is a Donkey painted as a Zebra.
I am not kidding.
Yeah. Is a classical attraction of TJ.
Petco Park location is fantastic, right in the middle of Gaslight. Love the bell the monk rings when a Padre hits a home run.

Do stadiums of the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. Home to 7.3 million people and most likely home to Canada’s most stadiums.
Rip Loyal, we hardly knew ya. Killed by the MLS.
It’s all good SDFC will be miles better
The loyal “ultras” believed they were something they really weren’t

1:39 Not true, a grosery store chain had the naming rights before Chevron had them.
I remember when the ballpark was called "Estadio Calimax" I was like 5 years old when I went there for the first time.
