      and, well, this can be simply solved with a search:
      "Most Inuit communities have voluntarily limited or ceased traditional whale hunting activities since the late 1970s, and they hadn't hunted a bowhead whale in over 100 years. These decisions still affect Inuit communities to this day."
      It's a bit unfair to simply say "oh they kill things because meh" and walk off, it's a bit rude even for me.

      Very well put! It doesn't take more than a 5-minute conversation with an Inuit or Indigenous person to know they are not in the business of exploiting the land or wildlife they have been living on and with for generations.
