Love your video’s! As a Dutch guy with Italian roots I joined the Vespa family this week. Been travelling with Yamaha Xmax for the last 4 years and a 80k km’s with a ‘real’ sport/touringbike before that. The Xmax was my brain telling me what to do. Last week, I let my heart speak and traded it in for a new GTS Super 2023. I just completed my first 500km’s and just can’t stop smiling. I’ve been following you for over a year though. Keep it up!

The front rack looks like the one I have on my Genuine Buddy Kick. I have front and back racks, and I went for the black instead of chrome. I live close to the beach and the salt air rusts everything. Nice color on the Vespa.

I enjoy your RUclips videos. That said, I wanted your opinion and advice
I have been debating between buying a Vespa GTS 300 and a Yamaha XMAX 300. My heart says Vespa, but my mind and wallet say Yamaha.
Is the Vespa GTS 300 really worth $8,000.00? The Yamaha is around $6,000.00.
I am 6'1" and about 230lbs. Either scooter should fit me fine.
One thing that worries me about the Vespa comes from another RUclips video by a British Vespa owner. He complained about the rust on the Vespa since the body is made of metal. Granted, he said the wet weather in England plays a big factor, but it is a concern especially since the Vespa costs so much. Or is there a way to prevent the rust? Maybe I a just overthinking it.
I really like Vespas. They are simply classic and look great. Plus, they have a good reputation.
Anyway, why did you choose a Vespa instead of another scooter?
Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Excess weights that are static on the front or rear of the GTS makes for a serious wobble problem … I’ve tested my bikes to the extreme for deliveries and found that getting the heavy loads down on the battery is often necessary .. as much as I’m an avid vespa big frame fan they are not for carrying much more than 2 people or the wobble is frightening and constant to control .

Hello Robot, my beverly 400 hpe is 8 months old but is leaking oil out of the airfilter. Do you know what causes this problem? My dealer said its not a problem but I doubt that.
