  • APACHE CAMPER WIRING, CURTAINS, AND MORE UPDATES
Figured out a way to hang some new curtains in the Apache camper without plastic sliders. Also fixed some wiring issues, painted the ceiling, cleaned the cushions, and a few other things to get ready for its first camping trip this weekend!

you might put small buttons on one side to go into the track and have larger buttons that are on the front side of the curtain. then put Velcro squares in the proper places to roll it up and be out of the way. green house tents have two Velcro strips hanging so you can roll up the door and velcro the strips to hold the door rolled up out of the way.

This is a hardside camper Ruth. The door and windows don't roll up. 😉

Love your curtain idea!! I struggled trying to figure out what to do with my old pop up curtain rails, after a couple of fails... I Finally figured it out. But this is a great idea:) Curious how much you bought this Apache for? And what you sold it for? Thanks for the video!

It was given to us and we sold it for $900 if I remember correctly. Pretty much just got back the money we put into it.

could you tell me how to replace the wood in the bed end please. we just got a 1979 Apache masa

Unfortunately we got rid of this thing years ago. But I’m sure it’s just a matter of drilling out some pop robots, replacing the wood, then pop riveting the frame back together.
