I click the link but it brings up just the github page talking about the list, not the list itself. Where do I go to check the list?
I think you can also press the ESC key on your keyboard during emulation to bring up the controller mapping GUI to edit buttons. Nice to see this tutorial

I did a large file in the PKG Editor (32.6GB) an it stated in the window for the app "Not Responding" it was in fact working, and finished exporting. Just a heads up for everybody

Soon the day will come that i can play my bloodborne copy on pc. PS4 broke a long time ago and i've yet to replace it, so playing on pc would be the best option for me
Once fpPS4 emulator is matured enough to run PS4-exclusive games (Gravity Rush 2, Infamous Second Son, P.T. etc.) at a playable state, then we may consider installing it. Also won't be surprised if fpPS4 emulator has higher minimum system requirements compared to RPCS3.
or you can just try to boot all your ps4 games in fpps4 and report the error message to the developers helping them improving the emulator.

The PS4's CPU (single-core) isn't faster than the one in the PS3. It has more of them, so depending on the title, and how muktithreaded it is, there's not much difference to expect.
And since we are potentially talking about x86-Linux code transformed to run on x86-Linux, it may be pretty efficient.
Graphics rendering probably won't be much of an effect either, since that will be calculated by the dGPU, when hardware acceleration has matured. Again, since early games used OGLES and later games relied on Vulkan, it should be trivial.
What will eat more resources is the PS4's 8GB SharedRAM versus the 512MB in the PS3. Not to mention the typically much larger file sizes for the games.
Overall, the PS1 was a simple yet great design which was cracked quickly. Unlike say the Sega Saturn of its day. The PS2 and PS3 are decent but very complex designs, which is why they took more time and effort to get where they are. Unlike say the GameCube and WiiU. The PS4 is kind of a return to form, with using a more simplistic design, so it's had much less developers to get this far and this quick. Since it's a relatively weak system we should see it's emulation get massively better with current/future hardware in the coming year(s). The Nintendo Switch is even simpler and was cracked stupidly quick.
We're not sure how it will go for the Switch-2, Xbox Series S, and PS5 consoles.

(Was recently not a fan of emulation but after moving and not having build my game room I now love the idea of everything in my computer (that also plays computers games))
damn this is so complicated! Devs just need to release all games on PC and consoles these exclusives are ridiculous and everyone loses. people lose out on games they cant play and they lose out on massive number of customers...

I did everything as in the video, it shows me that all files are ok. But when I click run FPPS4 a window pops up "Starting FFPS4 click the button to continue" I click and nothing happens.
I did evertyhng correkt i have cheked like 5 times and when i try to boot the game it pops up a square with a lot of text and at the bottom the text is red and says: nop nid:libSceFiber:6AC8D4249F9A6BCB:sceFiberoptParamInitialize. Can you help me?

What is a bit funny is that it's a PS4 emulator and you can't use a PlayStation controller.

how did you create the pkg from your ps4 game discs? and where to get the update files of that game you bought? I think update files is from the server and not on the disc

This is scary in a good way cus how are they able to make these emulators so Great in the long run its incredible and they run way smoother than normal consoles
They surpass the console in many instances in say if they original had frame rate issues the emulator with decent power on your side is able to run better overall

It does not. If anew update are released it will under the (action) tab on github. You'll need an account on github for them

I know this has nothing to do with the video but do you think that skyline will ever come to iOS
Someone has started a port of Citra 3DS for ios and the EggNs devs started an ios port last year which they scrapped and are looking to revive the project. I contacted the Skyline devs and they are ios haters in a sense… they can port the emulator and leave ios devs the job of porting libraries, apis…but they dont want to
the devs said they aren't interested now.
but they said anyone can try to port skyline to ios

I'm pretty sure it can't run games like bloodborne yet. It's still too early in development.
