I used to do cardio 30 minutes and stressed me out ,lifted weights 10lbs still got stressed my body cant handle intensity i do pilates and stretching and walking helps big time
Omg this is exactly me. You are brilliant doctor. I was a badminton and cricket player and i used to play alot regularly and i also have digestive problems and i used to sleep at 2 am every night. I suddenly got panic attacks while i was playing and i didn't know what causing it. I suffered for 4 months with anxiety. I stopped playing and started resting since January this year. My anxiety is gone.
@@KickItNaturally yes i love badminton 🏸 also why I didn't give my body enough rest till it recovers and kept on playing which put me in continuous fight or flight mode.
On a side note 🙂... I did a google search on "former comedians who are now expert nutritionists" and a funny thing happened. Hundreds of links and images came up but none of them appeared to have been a comedian or even to be humorous. You stumped google and you apparently are unique!
Amazing!! Thank you for a simple answer. I’ve been suffering from this for years, 9 years going on 10. I was a runner and one day I started having panic attacks from running. I’ve had so many test but nothing has come up. So glad I found you!! 🎉
Working out strenuously for 30 min to an hour, is exactly like running away frantically from a lion for 30 min to an hour. This is so common sense, it’s painful. Why don’t people understand something so basic? Jim Fixx “popularized” running as a hobby, an elective thing someone chooses to do. Jim FIXX died young of guess what? A heart attack. Maybe running all the time for no good reason kind of pisses off a lot of the body’s organs. Humans are not designed to electively stress their bodies on purpose over and over and over. It’s unbelievable how people do not intuitively figure this out. The level of cultural brainwashing is beyond astonishing.
After I lift weights, I have insomnia, agitation for a few days, and if I also take magnesium the situation worsens. I feel inflamed skin, nervous system very agitated, overworked. I have never found a solution to: how to calm my nervous system after the gym P. S. I thought magnesium Will calm my nervouse sistem but makes him more agressive

@@sravansk9097yes, strenuous activity destroys the body. A lot of people, amazingly, do not understand this common sense information.
Wow! Thanks so much for making this video. This really makes sense!
Glad it was helpful Ross!
Always good and insightful, thank you!
I appreciate it.
During workout i get panic attacks but after awhile they go away, but anxiety tends to stay for long time.
So stop working out. It’s that simple. Find something less taxing to do that allows your body to move, without destroying it. It’s common sense.

Why would you continue doing something that made you feel awful? Running destroys your heart and leg joints on top of it.
@@Kuato 🙃 it feels good to run.
