I never imagined two of my favorite things being meshed in one video, Justin Stoney making a Goo Goo Dolls reference with the twang section. Good going Justin!
I really LOVE your videos Mr. Justin Stoney! You have been such a big help and I truly hope that I will get to study voice with you in person someday!!! God bless you, Jesus loves you, may the Holy Spirit be with you and I love you!!! 😊😊😊
I'm just learning to mix voice on this channel and I immediately found my mix voice because the step by step is easy to understand, thank you very much.
It's finally "clicking" for me, after part 1 I realized I've been using my mix for years on my middle register belting without even realizing it, and it had never ocurred to me that I could bring "that sound" up, this was just amazing! There's one thing I still don't understand though. I my self have experienced the big difference nasal resonance can have when singing high notes, and making it really THAT MUCH easier, but...why though? The vocal chords are still vibrating at the same frecuency. I don't get "how is it" that bringing my soft palate down suddenly makes it easier for my vocal chords to vibrate faster.
This was great man. Your lessons and encouragement have really helped me a lot these last couple months and I just wanted to thank you so much for being here
Thank you for the video, i have some suggestions. A video about why a teenage guys falsetto cracks at the lower and higher end of the register and sometimes only ir comes out when trying to sing in falsetto, and how to find your connected head voice for a male.
I knew he was a vocal coach, but I didn't know that he gives such good advice on life too! I hope you know that you are good for my mental health as well as my voice!

Justin can you make a video on how to connect the registers? Especially from falsetto to flageolet and flageolet to whistle? You see i can work both in flasetto and flageolet but if i try to lets say make a gliss from falsetto to flageolet the notes cut off and my voice just ''jumps'' from flasetto to flageolet! Maybe i'm pushing my breath...i can't really find it. Thanks! Greetings from Greece!

Hey Justin. Wonderfully beneficial video.Since I have been doing your mixed voice exercises and applying it to my songs, I have received many compliments on how well I mix my registers and my resonance. PS: You never told us how the cookies came out.
Hello Justin, wonderful videos, thank you so much! What about soft palate position in classical voices? Isn’t it lifted with a low larynx? But if it is lifted, classical voice wouldn’t take advantage of the nasal resonance (or « mask » resonance)? If this is true and if the soft palate is closing the nasal passage, wouldn’t that sound kind of ´Rocky Balboa’ sound? But to my ears, it doesn’t sound so « denasal ». So how do the voice take its big and bright resonance? In twang combined with a low larynx or special tongue position? Could you please explain this? Thank you very much for all your help.

I want to know what a component of a singing voice. I search for an hour. Sadly, I didn't find one. I give up and tried to search from what I know about singing voice instead. I found this video and surprising, it answers questions that I had given up. Can I ask another question? I'm into that kind of JPOP or anime song. They always have some more texture of voice I don't know what is it. Is there any source, where can I found that it? I know it is not exclusive for JPOP but I often found it often used.

Hi LenKunZ! We're so glad this episode helped you! About the texture you're searching for- You can write to us at Questions@VoiceLessonsToTheWorld.com with an example of what you're talking about! We'll see if we can help! -NYVC
