Actually according to the Bible eating meat can be a sin depending on which kind you eat. In Leviticus 11 God commanded us not to eat certain Meats such as shellfish and pork. To eat any of those meats is a sin because you are going against the Commandments of God, however there's nothing sinful or unhealthy about eating meet that God has not forbidden. Jesus himself ate lamb and fish he also served his disciples lamb and fish so we know from his example that it is not a sin to eat meat.
