Ellen White and Meat Eating

I may be wrong in what I do, but how I gauge peoples in their walk with God and if they truly believe that Jesus is coming back as soon as they say He is; is by their stance in the health message. Those to me that truly believe Jesus is coming back in the next few years (5 or less) I believe would truly live up to all the light that God puts before them...
In this I am not judging the person, but feeling the emotion and actions of them that say Jesus is coming back soon, whether or not they actually believe what they say...
