The Bible writers and Ellen White speaks about our nature as fallen and not sinful. I do agree that the fallen nature isn't excuse for sin. Amen.

@@dorianharkins3803 I did read a passage where she mentioned sinful. Fallen is more common. I've found those who say sinful nature do not believe that Jesus had the same nature as you and I.

Thanks for picking up Walters program. He is certainly a straight forward Professor. I have listened to him for years and he speaks truth. If only other ministers or priests that serve The God of Heaven not the earthly god who claims to take Jesus's place we would maybe not be in trouble today.

I listened again,and I am not sure Prof Veith has totally grasped Romans chapters 6.7and 8.With all respect I would challenge Him to read Watchman Nees book.The Normal Christian Life,He won't regret it,but be blessed by it.Please pass this on to Him.blessings.
It would be good to hear him on Romans 8..A walk in the Spirit..The difference between the old covenant and the New,the letter of the law that kills,and the Spirit that brings life.I am getting a lot from the Prof and love his stuff.

I like Prof Veith,but no one has all the answers,I would bring in the fact that our old nature has been crucified with christ,the blood covers our sin,the cross deals with us..I think was Paul's cry of victory who will rescue me from this body of sin,His Victorious cry was thanks be to Christ, revelation of being crucified with with Him,led to the victory of a walk in the Spirit.The pivotal point of defeat or victory.A balance of Ellens book might be The Normal Christian life,by Watchman knee.I hope Professor Veith gets to read this or at least hear it.

If humans have a sinful nature and Jesus had our nature, how is it Jesus was sinless and humans aren't or can't be?
Also there were angels who sinned and those who didn't sin, just as Jesus who didn't disobey.
