    Wow you just got my head spinning! And wanting a trogon on my own. Very impressive. I just made my first sundial armillary and it sucks but I feel I found your help to get me in the correct direction. Really cool video full of good information. A must share!

    Fantastic! You convince me that you know what you are saying, but I won't understand without going through it one clause at a time, and being sure I really get each step of your reasoning. The graphics are very helpful. I would love to see more of this.

    You earned a fan for life inside of the first two sentences of this video. I'm on a mission to watch everything you have posted now.

    Yeah! More of this would be great. I’m fascinated by pre-algebraic trigonometry, and you have given so e great sources to explore that further

    Wow. The trig and geometry stuff was fantastic. Edit: I found the Art Of Dialling as a free PDF. Not nearly as nice as a physical copy, but within my budget.

    Wow! What an absolutely amazing video! I've been meaning to get into the trade of dialing and gnomonics, where did you find the book, The Art of Dialing?

    Hey very cool video. I appreciate you referencing all the books. One that my may already know of but will definitely interest you if you don't is call The Construction and use of the Sector the Cross Staff and other Mathematical Instruments. (Something to that effect) available on the internet archives. Deals a lot with plotting 3D charts.

    I am also obsessed about geometrical constructions. Can you tell me some book to project spheres on plane?

    Hi, thank you for the video, I'd like your thoughts on finding the spring equinox with this form of education with regards to creating a sundial?

  • @decaudata
    @decaudata Год назад

    Totally geeked out on this. With sundials, you know where you are, you need to know the time. In navigation, you know what time is, you need to know where you are.
    Now that you have the sundial, it's time for an astrolabe. Chirag Devani ( www.youtube.com/@chiragdevani6164/videos ) has info on construction and some maths.
