@@ayumeloveYou could try to put it on battery saving mode, turn the brightness down, keep it in Dark Mode etc. My regular S10 usually lasts all day from doing that.
@@mordaeu1411 battery saving mode, IE the mode that doesn't let you access the app drawer and you ony open specific 3-6 apps?
Same with my wife. Says her s10e functions without any issues. Also, although the S10e battery does not last as long as when new it is not an issue for her. She said she cannot justify purchasing an upgraded, it is performing well not any reason for replacing it? Okay, I agree, also my EDC is the outstanding Note 20.
My old s10e broke down. Bought a used one in top condition again a month ago and using it till death 💪🏽
Very underrated in the S10 line up. When this was new, I recommended my cousin to upgrade to this because it suited her needs well. To this day, she still uses it.
I have this phone and will not be getting a new phone until S25. The S24 is 99% the same as the S23. People the phone companies are trying to cheat us.
I'm no longer going with flagship phones because they keep taking out features that I like. I understand removing the headphones jack, but then also removing the ability to add a micro SD storage seems like they're definitely cheating us. You'd have to pay more for more storage and even then, a few years later it's usually taken up especially if you keep all your old stuff from older devices.
@@mordaeu1411 I won't forgive them for removing the headphone jack and expandable storage. I use the headphone jack all the time still, and the SD card is crucial for me. Now we have idiots saying "omg that's insane the s10e had sooo many features."
@@mrskwrl Exactly. I do miss the headphones jack as well but I've moved on to Bluetooth headphones and like them quite a bit. I can just wear them while working out and not have to worry about the cord getting snagged. SD card slot is crucial to me. There are still plenty phones that offer it fortunately.

I bought a secondhand one at nearly new condition and it works amazing. I take more photos during daylight so the camera isn't terrible. It's not beating current flagships of course but the colors and processing is still nice.
I haven't experienced lagging on daily functions. Social media and RUclips works great. It even records and play 4K videos. Swiping feels smooth still. I might get new phone soon but I'll keep it around as backup
The only problem of s10e is his female charging port , it's very hard to replace it. I have my old s10e replace it's charging port unfortunately after replacing it turns out the board and pin itself is cracked. So I decided to buy new s10e for around $30. (Secondhand)
I still using it today. the only problem is the battery that I need to recharge like 2 to 3 times a day. I am thinking about buy a S24 or a S25 and let the S10e as a backup phone.

Still have and love this Phone, its hard do find a new Phone with a similar feature set, specially the headphone jack & sd-slot, will probably install LineageOS on it in the feature when i want specific new software fetures

@tip0019 well some people care about having the newest software and features, and also at some point apps will stop supporting android versions.

TBH there should be no real world experience differences as a day to day phone between this in 8gb ram version and the s20, which I would still get this year over the s21 because the chipset heat and better power efficiency flat out if your purely shopping renewed. Given the "e" version has the 1080p panel and not the 1440 it should give it more headroom in most games as well.
dont forget that u can just change resolution from the display settings in samsung galaxy S10 or S10+ and S10 5G u can get better performance by choosing the 1080 or 720p version
I have a s21 plus and it doesn't heat up at all, it's actually really fast and smooth.

Still using it and I'm very uncertain if I should get a new one in 2025.. because after battery replacement thus again works pretty nice

I am still using S10 e. Only issue is the battery
This phone is near the same size as an s5 galaxy. Small, waterproof, with an sd card slot. This is why I refuse to go newer. I don't want a giant phone in my pocket while riding a motorcycle. Changed from a Note 9 and don't worry about bending this lil guy like i did the Note.
I just got my s10e battery replaced but it is still draining fast😭

Turn the vivid display off. My daughter's A54 was draining fast until I turned the vivid display off for her it's been lasting her really good. Try it.

This phone doesn't have anymore security updates your more at risk if your poor or not its just not safe to use anymore. Stupid how samsung gave there older phones a short life span but they got better with there newer phones. The s24 ultra has 7 years of os support and 8 years of security updates !!! Big win about time phones get a longer life span for how expensive these phones are its a given

@Th4tNiggaSpiderman im talking Hackers man they can literally get into your phone without you even knowing if your far behind in security updates from what i heard. Never happened to me personally but i wouldn't feel comfortable doing banking or watch porn on a phone with no more security updates lol especially if its far behind in security updates. I hope I'm wrong though because these older samsung phones are still incredible the micro sd card expansion alone is great

I have both. I Like the s10e more. Its smaller and has got sd card slot and headphone. So you can listen music and charge the phone simultanes . Benefit for s24 is the 3x optical zoom and it's very bright in full sunlight.
