Plus big Jason from, err, was it Channel 4's Driven with Penny Mallory? There was an ITV car show too. Not sure who was on what but I'm sure Mike Brewer was on Driven too. There was a chap called Mike Rutherford as well who I think was on the ITV one - another cheeky wheeler dealer type and not a member of Genesis. And another Jason who was lanky, Irish and wore glasses.
Edd should have been featured in more Top Gear episodes, he knows really a lot about cars.

There is a pilot episode on RUclips where he has his own show. Think it's from 2017 or 18. Was hopping for a follow up though.

Ever since I saw this episode live back in the early 2000’s I’ve always been amazed how good they got the ejector seat to almost miss the body of the car perfectly! Hats off to ED! Also, I’ve always loved JASON DAWE, nice to see him make a small Cameo here! Miss you Jason!

I used to have a Rover 800. The seats were the most comfortable of any car that I've had and that includes RR and Jaguar.

Amazing really, that entire first series of the Clarkson/Wilman Top Gear has been relegated to obscurity because, to avoid confusion among audiences wondering where James May is, it's been deliberately removed from the sales packages available to broadcasters/streamers.

I used to own a Sterling 827SLi, it was a fantastic car, so cool looking but the electronics for the headlamps were wonky. But the only issue I ever had.

5:58 slow motion, targets head was pulled off or retracted independently of the "projectiles". I wish I could believe how well/outlandish their stunts work out sometimes...most of the time they do a really good job of making it believable.
They also used fireworks shooting up from the ground to make it flashier. It's a tv show, they dress everything up to make it more entertaining.

Never saw any of this series, don't really know why not. Watched the old ones, and the later ones with Clarkson, Hammond and May, but this one somehow passsed me by.

For armor I would have used the US and Canada idea of Ice with saw dust kept frozen with chillers. You can easily hold back a bunch of rounds with that and is not as heavy as steal, easy to replace and fix, and well very very cheap.

Yeah what I am trying to find out is how can your replace the ice with another substance that works similar to ice but not need to be kept cool.
