And also you explained something that not everyone is talking about ! i respect your content and explaination!!
Bhaiya, I am in a reputed govt job in IT domain only but upset with the work and culture and want to switch to Pvt IT. Govt Jobs are not for IT personnel , well said .
Hey Tanay , I have members in my family who have done SSC GCL and State public service both, I have to tell you 3rd point is well and true, they both get a lot of respect in my family, my not so well to do relatives don't try to manipulate or disadvantage them in any way like they have done to my father who is in a private job since 1990 in the steel sector. Now of course peon is not reputed on paper, but let's say you are the peon who works with the clerk who sets the order of a court's daily hearing, that changes everything, that peon would be easily earning 12lpa+ by you know how. which debunks your 4th point, digtal india solves nothing, someone is just a visit away from becoming convinced that everyone in courts, police and land related offices are just born to loot and destroy the weak and poor. Just one visit. everyone gets into this race to one day abuse their position, obviously no one will say it.
What you are saying is true. There are corrupt officials. Yes. Not denying that. But is that really the reason why people go for government jobs? Is everyone corrupt?
I have been using qoura from last 1 year regularly..bhai log kuch bhi likh rahen hein yaar? Matlab alaga level ka depression hojata hei ee sab padhke. We need more people tanmay Pratap to show us the reality. Thankyou pratap bhai. I was depress on the future in govt a d pvt sec things. You gave me clarity. I was going through EXCITIONAL CRISES AFTER READING ALL THOSE THINGS IN QUORA.
Govt. Job is not limited to UPSC, Bank & Peon. I've not seen any Govt. offices yet where Corruption didn't exist except Banks in Tier-1 Cities. Corruption doesn't always amount to Lakhs and Crores, it can go from Tens of Rupees to Crores. Not doing work and not getting fired for it, is the biggest Corruption which exists and is overlooked by everyone. Why do people even opt for Govt. Job which pays ₹10k to ₹25k in cities and does it in the name of Job Security? Reality is, they also know kick-backs and under the table money is the primary source of money and if caught doing irregularities, punishment is suspension not fired. This gives people a sense of job security and encouragement for corruption. What you are talking is the bookish definitions which are totally different on the ground.
I disagree with your last statements that giving multiple attempts for govt exams will improve your skills because other than that exam those skills are useless. Once his/her attempts are over that student will simply go into depression as he can't use the govt job knowledge anywhere else. Instead that person should learn some technical skill which he can use in the industry and keep learning as many skills as he can until he gets the job. That way his time will not be wasted because one or other skill will get him into industry and he can use other skills to grow in the company much faster.
Same question again will he ride ola, swiggy or he will join 25 din m BMW business ? Where are 100% private jobs for everyone. Anyways doing something is good rather than being directionless.
One of the reasons why most people prepare for govt. jobs is that there is very little investment as compared to getting skilled and searching for a good private job, and people don't have money to invest in education after their degrees. If someone has to get into top IIMs they might require above 99 percentile. Today, we cannot compare apples with oranges just because they are fruits. In govt. jobs the eligibility plays a vital role since getting a PhD is far more economical than getting a skill that requires you to pour in more money than you might have. Lastly, there is a generational gap between the parents and their children, their thought process stops after paying for the last year's degree fees until and unless you are competent enough. Also, there is pressure for the child who knows the condition of their household and never demands more than it is required.
Bhaiya it depends on which exam one is targeting Group D, C, B, A etc State gov Central Gov etc also I don't think any private sector provide Dearness allowance which a govt employee gets, there are also loads of perks and benefits which they get which a IT engineer or a developer in MNC might not get apart from inhand and few perks which are also part of CTC. despite covid, recession no gov employee were layed off from Job or had cut in their salaries.
I think logo ko figure out karne wala part accha nahi lagta isiliye govt job ke liye jaye hi, ek bar job lag gai fir ye ye ye set of instructions honge unko follow karenge ghar syenge khana khayenge soo jayenge fir agle din se fir same, esa shayad isiliye kyuki school se he ek clear goal or usko pane ke liye instructions dedete hi instead of baccho ko cheeje explore or discover karne ke to insaan jab bada hota hi to usse jab cheeje khud se figure out karni hoti hi bins kisi syllabus ke to usse tension hone lagti hi, to shayad isi dar se wo govt job ke liye jata hi

Bhaiya, I am in a reputed govt job in IT domain only but upset with the work and culture and want to switch to Pvt IT. Govt Jobs are not for IT personnel , well said .
Where do you work?
chutiya bna rha hai voo.....jhooth bol rha hai vo@@new_user_1
12:34 is the best 🎉🎉🎉 Op. How ever I agreed with it.
waiting 4 lambi lakeer 2.0....hatsoff sir from jharkhand

Tanay ji, I will appreciate with this video key points which you
Highlight and refresh memory of everyone.
Thanks a lot.
True
Yes true
Same question again will he ride ola, swiggy or he will join 25 din m BMW business ? Where are 100% private jobs for everyone. Anyways doing something is good rather than being directionless.
kash ye video 1.5 year pahle mai dekhta. waise ab bhi late nahi hua hai. nice content
Bhai boht si baat sahi hai aapki. But still govt job ki taiyyari karna wo bhi 4-5 saal to koi dimag wali baat nahi hai
Love your way of speaking
Amazing,

15:18 you explained here my point of view this is why I am preparing for govt jobs.

Extremely Helpful 😊 Thanks Tanay Bhaiyya.
sari hi sachchai khol ke rakh di sir ji aapne very helpfull info
kuch ase hi soch ke logo ne govt ki hwa bna rakhi hai wo aaj aapne sachai bta di
Bhaiya it depends on which exam one is targeting
Group D, C, B, A etc
State gov Central Gov etc
also I don't think any private sector provide Dearness allowance which a govt employee gets, there are also loads of perks and benefits which they get which a IT engineer or a developer in MNC might not get apart from inhand and few perks which are also part of CTC.
despite covid, recession no gov employee were layed off from Job or had cut in their salaries.
Covid wali situation kitni baar ati hai? DA rukka tha govt job walo ka bhi,PSUs me Salary deduct bhi hui thi.
You talk reality ❤❤ love you bhaiya from Dhanbad ❤
A govt job + govt job 2.0 would be a deadly combo for me.
Intezar rahega agla part ka Bhaiya ❤
I think logo ko figure out karne wala part accha nahi lagta isiliye govt job ke liye jaye hi, ek bar job lag gai fir ye ye ye set of instructions honge unko follow karenge ghar syenge khana khayenge soo jayenge fir agle din se fir same, esa shayad isiliye kyuki school se he ek clear goal or usko pane ke liye instructions dedete hi instead of baccho ko cheeje explore or discover karne ke to insaan jab bada hota hi to usse jab cheeje khud se figure out karni hoti hi bins kisi syllabus ke to usse tension hone lagti hi, to shayad isi dar se wo govt job ke liye jata hi
bina corruption ke driving license tak nahi banta, you are living in dream

The main reason for opting govt job is that most of the students can't afford the fee of engineering , management and other technical courses.

Please make video on "Is GATE/CAT worth it for CSE/IT student?"
If you are from a tier 3 college, then it's worth it because brand matters. But don't take any drop for it. Going to IT field is much better than taking drop.
