Because the want to know are capable of sustaining yourself and not become a burden to the country. For embassy legalization yes there are schools, you will have to check that on the school's website.

Reason being is that i work in another province and travelling to capital city where the embassy is located could be costly if my spouse presence is not required. Many thanks in advance.
Well from a couple here in Portugal from nigeria, biometrics weren't needed as at the time they applied but can't tell for now and Usually, you go with your spouse or your spouse goes with the documents, except there is a courier service that does the submission ( VFS for example). Fisrtly, tour authentication expires this month bcos it only last for 6months 2ndly, you have to book appointment with the embassy to submit your document for legalization

Probably yes but the chances are slim. However I'd advice you you to look for the the schools, go to their website and check the requirements, you can then send an email to them asking if you can be admitted with ur qualifications. They'll surely respond.

Depends on the school, some school do others don't. So check on the schools websites for the requirement.
