I finished your Edge 30 for 30 days challenge and tonight I wanted an easier practice for my wrists (all the chaturanga in the Edge class…). Not sure if I am the only one but I cried for at least 5 mins after class, they are not sad tears or hysterical tears. Relieved might be the closest word I can think of to describe the unexpected crying. I have a lot to be grateful for in my life. Being able to take your classes on RUclips is one of them. Thank you 🙏🏼

Love this SLOW FLOW! I been practicing with you for 3 weeks in the Yin classes. I tried the Flow class but I do not have the flexablity and strength to keep up. This slow flow was perfect. I can't wait to get home everyday and practice. My flexablity has improved and my determination to keep moving . My intention is set to keep improving my practice,Thank you for your time.

So the comment Travis made about your practice is reflection of where you are at in your life was a great reminder. I am new to yoga and often think about all the stuff I need to get done or do instead of mindfulness and enjoy of the flow. Slow flow is something I need to incorporate into my schedule more.
