Really love this color n Alba is anyday reliable brand being from SEIKO family. Plus it looks fab, not expensive n available to buy. Casio MTV is difficult to get, Citizen is expensive n Timex is not worth of price. I'll be buying this soon.
I wish Alba was more available in the United States 🇺🇸. Other than eBay there’s no way to buy these watches . Alba makes a 200 meter dive watch that looks really decent.
I purchased the 20 bar (200 meter) dive watch just before Christmas (Green Dial and crown at the 3 O'clock mark - maybe older stock ? ) got it a 40% off the retail price, it was cheap considering it is automatic. It has a adjustable rotatable dive dial, but no click in, just turns both ways but remains in place. It has illuminated markers on the dial and on my watch it goes right through the night and beyond, excellent !! It has day & date calendar. I adjusted the time to my swiss quartz watch and after 9 days it has not lost or gained time as I compared it against my quartz watch, I will continue to monitor it (supposedly +/- 40 seconds per day according to the specifications) so, terrific thus far ! Glass is mineral crystal, the watch band has only 2 holes in the clasp for making fine adjustment other than taking out links. It looks great almost like a Rolex. So far extremely happy. Movement is a Y676 (maybe "c") it does not state but accuracy so far is excellent, time will tell if it will hold. It has a 3 year warranty.
Forgot to mention - it has no wind up manual mechanism, you need to shake it to get it started, but mine has never stopped yet, also no screw down crown but yet 20 bar ! According to specification it should have a 40 hour power reserve, never tested that claim yet. I think I covered it all now.
@@1212look thats what i like about the Japanese movement, they build to last. Plus they keep improving their quality but even their entry level watch is already superior to their counterparts. Thanks for the info of your experience and for watching.
I've been looking at this watch for some time now. I would have bought it but for the size. The website says 41mm case size, i have slim wrists and 38/39mm size is perfect for me. 41mm may look too big for my wrist .
I strongly suggest you fit the actual watch in the store for the feel of it. The casing size is 41 but the dial and bezel that sits on top is smaller and the lug to lug is short that is why it feels and look small. But then again its your preference. Happy hunting.
