Oh Lisa I love the apple block.!!!
Hello Lisa sorry I missed the live. I'm watching the replay and I like this chicken. Looking forward to seeing the apple block. Thanks for the video.
Hope you enjoy
I am having so much with these squares
Missed the Live but always watch the replay... this is looking fantastic... the Christmas one looks fabulous, can't wait... Have a great week. :)
Thank you! You too!
Fun hen! Love it. TY ❤️
Again Lisa another great set of blocks comming up in the next quilt. Christmas 😁❤️
Oh yes!
This is awesome! The top red part of the chicken is the cone. I am definitely going to try this
Hello from texas
I am excied for next week. I'm going to try hard to make the live, in case I have questions. Usually though, you go live at a time I can't attend. I can't wait to see how you put the rows together and do the binding.
I'm also excited about the Christmas project as well. I'm going to dig through my stash and see what fabrics I have. Hopefully, it's fat quarter or charm friendly. ❤
Lisa you are Truly a Lover of Quilting,You always want us to be able to do it with You,This is a Great thing!! Thank You so much for making it free. With times so hard it's a Joy to be able to do this. God Bless You and all of your family friends and sewing friends.
Thank you so much!
I loved watching you make this quilt block. I enjoy watching you so much, but I’ve been so busy with other things in my life that I haven’t been watching you for quite a while. This looks like a small quilt that would be fun to learn different techniques. Thanks so much for sharing your God gifted talent.
Hi Lisa, I love the fabric you used for the large chicken, really cool! I thought it turned out beautifully. I’m wondering what comment you wanted to stitch on her.. 🤣🤣🤣 Don’t we all have humorous thoughts that are on the boarder line? 🤣🤣🤣 I’m sure someone would be upset and write complaints on YT, seems like there always is.. I love all your artwork and I always will. 👏👍💖 Have a wonderful Holiday Weekend, 🥳👍🥰 Chris
missed the live, just watched the replay and love the block.
Lisa, I love your work and am using some of these blocks to make a quilt for my new baby grandson who is due in December. I plan on putting a few cats and dogs in different colour-ways along with some of the other blocks also.
I also plan on using the chicken block to make some table place mats and coasters for my son and his family who are mad about chicken designs.
Lisa, I cannot believe how generous you are with your patterns in giving so many free or at such good value.
Well done to you and sending best wishes x
Thanks Lisa,
As ever, a fun and informative video.
Glad it was helpful!
Love the next quilt. Thanks Lisa
The next sew along is awesome
I missed the LIVE today ☹️ but watching this evening because I wanted to see how you put together the chicken block 🥰
Didn’t get to join you live, but LOVE #15, also! Beautiful quilt overall, as always! A bit of trivia: The wattle’s purpose is to help keep a chicken cool. Blood circulates down from the comb to the wattle and cools as it circulates. Again, I always enjoy your patterns and ALL of your mug rugs, quilts, and beautiful crafts.
Lisa I have watched you for a couple years now. You always make things so easy. Would like to share a new passion of mine….I use “ leaders and Enders” like you do…now, instead of using one scrap over and over, I have a box of scraps sitting next to my machine and sew 2 together and use as crumb squares as my leader. Each time I start new seam I use 2 new scraps!
Thanks Lisa
I made three but I use my as mug rug on three rows only
