the only thing is the remapping hate. I know there option is "use a usb keyboard" but still.. If guess they did a good job remapping as much as you can to a controller, but that's the only quibble i have. Apart from that RetroGames made this perfectly.

Hey buddy:) I thought there were only about 120 games. Anyway, even those 100 games don't make much sense, because it´s often ports of games from Amiga 500/1200 and the music are only MODs. Or even if the games have CD tracks, they are worse than the original Amiga mods, like with Brian the Lion, or Bubba ´n stix.

Got it working! The soundtrack is Amiga MODs not CD audio so I used the WHDLoad version provided on the CD and just archived it to a LHA and it worked! I'll try your guide on another game. Thanks!

Each game has its own UAE file, but feel free to overwrite them all. copy it into the CD32 folder with all the others. Make a backup just in case. One more thing. A couple of games freeze when you minimize it and want to save state, Pinball Fantasies is one of them. I don't know how to fix it.

@@tomaskonvicka4135 Unfortunately the screen size on chaos engine is still big. As a comparison the screen size on Fire and Ice is perfect so I would love Chaos Engine to be like this. I tried F12 and adjustments but the game ignored them. Sorry to be a problem.

You don't have to convert anything, just rename the "template.lha" file that is among the other games in my package to "nameofyourgame.lha" and also the "template_ol.uae" file, you have to edit this file in some simple text editor like notepad, find the name of the template and rename it to the name of your game. Then copy these files between the other games along with the iso and cue files. The instructions are in the video, where there are 80 cd32 games, if you see the whole video, it's clearly shown there.

@@giovannibocchi9686 Unfortunately not. T-Zero is Amiga CD game, not cd32 and I have problem run CD tracks. It's not impossible if you have enough knowledges with workbench.
I cant for the life of me get this to work with the latest firmware that came out in December. I watched the gebs video. I could only see 1 kickstart file in this 100 download link. And the 80 game link isnt there anymore. Please help mate.
Hey buddy:) I checked, there are two kickstarts. Keep in mind that the "CD32" and "THEA500" folders must be in the root of the flashdrive, otherwise it won't work. I haven't tried the latest firmware yet, but maybe the files from the THEA500 folder are outdated. You can find the latest ones on the official website, or from Paul Vince's package.

But I'm able to follow the instructions. If you could do a step by step. And showing the correct file locations I'm sure new buyers would be grateful. I know I would be.
This looks awesome cant get mine to work though, the games download and show up on my A500 but when I try and play them just get a black screen. Given by all the successful comments I suspect its user error but damned if I can figure out what Ive done wrong
I don't know why. Are you sure you have those directories in your flash drive root? (CD32, THEA500) If so, try this newer version of WHDload: "www.dropbox.com/t/EPgdXmhXhlLi1aGt Did you happen to change the settings in the native blue menu of The A500 mini? If so, it overwrites the game configuration file *.uae and the game doesn't work then.
Added all new games. Appreciate the effort. Did you do anything different with these? The screen size its more stretched. Some of the games are clipped in the edges. Not had time to mess about with any settings at this point. Just loaded games to make sure all work, which they do. I copied over only the new games to my existing CD32 folder. Will report back when I have looked into it more. Any suggestions welcome.
Screen settings on the Amiga is about compromises. Make sure you have the TV crop set if you have it on the TV. Otherwise, I've set the controls for 2 players. It should work if both controllers are plugged in before launch.
Hi, firstly thanks for this, however I'm getting black screens :( I've tried the new KS Roms you put in the chat but still the same, I'm on the latest firmware 111.... any ideas? Do we have a fix for this yet?
Actually I still have the original firmware, so I don't have any experience, but I've heard that people who upgraded from 1.0.0. to 1.0.1. and then to 1.1.1. have problems unlike those who upgraded directly from 1.0.0. to 1.1.1. Try using the THEA500 folder from other projects like AGS2 mini or AMiNIMiga.

This is very cool. Seem to have trouble getting seek and destroy to work properly - seems like it only takes input from the mouse? I've tried starting it with only controllers plugged in but no luck
Thanks man, couple of things of note are Pinball Fantasies and Illusions are missing tables fantasies is issing the last 2 and Illusions is missing Vikings. Also the screen size is too big on some and F12 screen size adjustments don't seem to be able to make it the nice little screen size that you can get on the stock games. Also BIg scare as the machine froze on me while playing Pinball fantasies and I could not even turn the machine off. I had to unplug it , so I think I will stay clear for a while until further builds I think. Thanks again for all your efforts :) :)
Hi, thanks.) Pinbal Fantasies - in menu screen hit left arrow, or blue to switch tables. Pinball Illusions - Vikings were never there, you're confusing it with some other pinball. You can't set the screen via F12, for some reason you can't do it in Amiberry and have to do it via a text file in the editor and edit the *.UAE file. I tried to set the image as best as possible and make it as big as possible. I'll try to figure out in the future to make it work on both the monitor and TV. If it bothers you, switch your screen settings to "moderate". As for the freezing, I'm sorry, I don't know how that happens, it happens to me with Super Stardust. I thought it was a weak power supply. I don't know, maybe it will be better after the firmware update.

@@gheckoschannel6985 Yes, unofficially. Check if the HDF directory is in the root of your flash drive. Or edit the *.uae file and check that the path to the game and kickstart is correct. Was the kickstart "kick31.rom" in the archive I sent?

I downloaded the V1.1 in the info above and unzipped and added the CD32 folder to the root of a USB drive that was formatted to FAT32. But nothing shows up when it is plugged into the A500 mini. Is there something else I needed to have done? I tend to have the worst luck with even the easiest of things.
@@tomaskonvicka4135turns out the problem is that my laptop fails to actually and properly format to FAT32, even tho it says it's formatted its false. Had to download an aftermarket SD Card Formatting program and then format it and then reload everything and works like a champ now! I thank you massively for making this. I actually have 2 real CD32 consoles, they are extremely expensive these days, so this will help me at least to be able to sell one of them! I'll also follow your instructions on how to ad games as I have some ISO files that I'd like to try and see if they work too
Make sure you have the CD32 folder in the root of your flash drive. If you didn't copy the whole folder, just selected the games, make sure you copied both kickstarts (Kickstart-CD32.rom, CD32 Extended-ROM.rom) The whole package doesn't work unless you have THEA500 folder for running WHDload games.
@@tomaskonvicka4135 yes that was it. I already had. WHDLoad installation of Amiga games and I made the CD32 folder a sub folder of my existing games folder. I moved the CD32 folder up a level and now it’s working.

Unfortunately, no. It's CD images. But the CD rips are everywhere on the net, they are also on the famous Paul Vince game pack for the A500 mini, but of course without Audio tracks. In fact, there are often better versions for the A500/A1200 than for the CD32. I prefer MODs.
That's great we must put also THEA500 folder? And if so the new update is 1.1.0 mix up, black screen with the folder without A500 folder, I never put it go's the filmware is older, I don't know
If you already have the latest version of the "THEA500" folder, you don't need it. You can also have versions from other projects like Minimiga and AGS mini. As for the firmware, it should work with the latest version 1.1.1.

Good Morning, the only one I can't get to launch (I get the lock and key screen) is Wing Commander. I have checked the three files are correct but it still ain't happy.
No luck with the settings. Instead of the CD32 boot up screen it goes to the Workbench screen. And that's for all the games so I had to reboot the A500.
@@beetlejooz I tried to say don't set anything in native menu. So replace everything you configured in native blue menu and ensure folder CD32 is in root of your flash drive.

It happens when you try change settings in blue A500 mini menu. Don´t do that. Copy again *.uae files to usb stick. Please read whole documentation and look on my previous video.

Thanks for Your work. I've tested Your "80 CD32 games" for a while, some games don't work for me - example game: Diggers & Oscar. Downloaded newer version with "100 CD32 games" and the same occurs (Diggers & Oscar does not work for me). Only blue hand with diskette shows, like no proper Kickstart or improper config file. What shall I do to make this game playable? It's possible that there are more such games (that does not work) or is this only for me? Nothing edited in Your file structure and in configs, just copied and UNTOUCHED any file :)
I'm sorry to hear that. There are template files, so delete the old "*.UAE" Diggers and Oscar file that doesn't work and make it from the template file, name it the same. Then edit that file in some text editor, like notepad. Around the middle is the name "template, so change it to the name of the game", then it should work fine. I believe this is an exception, I've tested everything.
@@tomaskonvicka4135 I figured out how/when it does damages .uae files (posted also on EAB forum). So, long story in short: No matter if I use 'Arcade Game Selector 2' or 'CD32 - 80 Games Collection" (the newest with 100 of CD32 games). Every time I try to edit game config through game configuration (directly on A500 Mini) from "mouse + cd32 pad" to "joystick + cd32 pad" or "cd32 pad + cd32 pad" it ALWAYS damages .uae config for particular game by removing some of important data. It causes that .uae files are at least twice smaller than before edit via A500 Mini. And not only that... It also damages .uae file even if I don't edit game config but just go to configuration and DO NOT WRITE/DO NOT MODIFY anything. After go to configuration for particular game and exit from the config, game stops working - it shows "blue hand" from Kickstart 1.3 when trying to execute it. I use A500 Mini with firmware v1.1.1 and I use mentioned two compilations without any modifications (it means untouched from my side). Hi again :). I’ve got two A500 pads. Both works for 2 players with no problem with built-in games (Qwak, Chaos Engine). But only one pad works with Your compilation, same about AGS v1.4. Amiberry just can’t recognize second pad. It only recognizes that pad, on which I’ve pressed any button first. Then second pad does not work at all. Both pads connected to two USB ports directly (no adapters, no usb hubs). Entered to Amiberry configuration by F12 key, nothing modified manually (using Your original .uae files). Do You know why it is a problem? Or maybe Amiberry does not support two pads?
I'm sorry, buddy. Try using a different controller for the second player, like a PS4. @@ModernRetroGameplays At least one good news:) I don't know what's wrong with Super Street Fighter, try unpacking the original archive, maybe the files got corrupted somehow. I tested every game, everything worked.
Thanks for the games! It worked fine but I changed some advanced settings on the fighting spirit file and now when I try to open the game I get the floppy disk error image. I tried to change again the settings but I think I corrupted the file. Maybe I have to delete the folder and put again the files
Yeah, that's usual. It's in the description, don't do it:) Fix it by overwriting the original *.uae file of the game. And if you want to change anything, you have two options. Edit the UAE file in the notepad, or press F12 while playing and you can change whatever you want, but changing the resolution doesn't really work and it's better to do it through the notepad.
@@Loewe08 It's something between heaven and hell. One guy had the same problem and solved it with a different kickstart. Try a clean usb stick and put everything from my package in there, without the other stuff.

Looks like you haven't formatted the usb stick to fat32. First run the WHDload games on your usb stick according to the manual and when it works, add my cd32 package.
Hi. There are two links at the very bottom in the description, where you can download the original version. For Bubba and Stix the music works, but I used the sampled mods because the CD music sucks.

Super nice many thanks. I found Beneath a Steel Sky not working however. Just starts the kickstart.. edit, whenever I change the controls in the A500 mini for the game, the game breaks down. Every game. Better not edit the settings then. (The config file is overwritten at that point and loses the paths to the games I recon)
I just tested it on a fresh usb stick. And I lost half an hour of my life:) In the instructions I wrote not to modify the configuration in the Amiga mini menu. Please read all the instructions and it will be OK.)
@@tomaskonvicka4135 I have down loaded it ok but when I try to move it to usb stick or anywhere else it comes up with unexpected end of archive when I unzip and when I try to move it,it says the archive is corrupt .

Thanks for this video, I have tried to download this, but I just can't with the speed of my internet, Dropbox stops the connection after an hour. Can you split it into 2 50 game zips, or is there another place to download?
I know that people have problems with it, on the other hand I know that even people with firmware 1.1.1. it works. Some have solved it with a different version of kickstart. I added it in a separate link.
Nobody wants to use it, so it's hard to bring Torrent to life. Two people downloaded it then shut it down. Lovely people. I've had it on for a few days, but it's just a waste of precious energy. So use the other links.
I've tried downloading the zip file multiple times (with different browsers, to different drives) but the download either fails near the end or if it completes I get an error when trying to extract it, saying its corrupt (the extraction fails when it reaches SSF2T)

And one more thing. (I'm like Columbo:)) In televison settings turn off "Use screen edges" and now you should see the whole picture without any cropping.. BTW, you have good taste in games, my favourites are the same:) In Pinball Fantasies, I have destroyed the keyboard of my beloved, limited edition Amiga 500:)

This is an awesome collection and works great! Thanks & Liked! Keep in mind that the folder needs to sit in the root of the drive (per the instructions!) lol. This was where I messed up -had put the folder inside my TheAmiga500Games folder at first.

the only thing is the remapping hate. I know there option is "use a usb keyboard" but still.. If guess they did a good job remapping as much as you can to a controller, but that's the only quibble i have. Apart from that RetroGames made this perfectly.

Hey buddy:) I thought there were only about 120 games. Anyway, even those 100 games don't make much sense, because it´s often ports of games from Amiga 500/1200 and the music are only MODs. Or even if the games have CD tracks, they are worse than the original Amiga mods, like with Brian the Lion, or Bubba ´n stix.

Got it working! The soundtrack is Amiga MODs not CD audio so I used the WHDLoad version provided on the CD and just archived it to a LHA and it worked! I'll try your guide on another game. Thanks!

Each game has its own UAE file, but feel free to overwrite them all. copy it into the CD32 folder with all the others. Make a backup just in case.
One more thing.
A couple of games freeze when you minimize it and want to save state, Pinball Fantasies is one of them. I don't know how to fix it.

@@tomaskonvicka4135 Unfortunately the screen size on chaos engine is still big. As a comparison the screen size on Fire and Ice is perfect so I would love Chaos Engine to be like this. I tried F12 and adjustments but the game ignored them. Sorry to be a problem.

You don't have to convert anything, just rename the "template.lha" file that is among the other games in my package to "nameofyourgame.lha" and also the "template_ol.uae" file, you have to edit this file in some simple text editor like notepad, find the name of the template and rename it to the name of your game. Then copy these files between the other games along with the iso and cue files. The instructions are in the video, where there are 80 cd32 games, if you see the whole video, it's clearly shown there.

I cant for the life of me get this to work with the latest firmware that came out in December. I watched the gebs video. I could only see 1 kickstart file in this 100 download link. And the 80 game link isnt there anymore. Please help mate.
Hey buddy:) I checked, there are two kickstarts. Keep in mind that the "CD32" and "THEA500" folders must be in the root of the flashdrive, otherwise it won't work. I haven't tried the latest firmware yet, but maybe the files from the THEA500 folder are outdated. You can find the latest ones on the official website, or from Paul Vince's package.

This looks awesome cant get mine to work though, the games download and show up on my A500 but when I try and play them just get a black screen. Given by all the successful comments I suspect its user error but damned if I can figure out what Ive done wrong

Did you happen to change the settings in the native blue menu of The A500 mini? If so, it overwrites the game configuration file *.uae and the game doesn't work then.

Added all new games. Appreciate the effort.
Did you do anything different with these? The screen size its more stretched. Some of the games are clipped in the edges.
Not had time to mess about with any settings at this point. Just loaded games to make sure all work, which they do.
I copied over only the new games to my existing CD32 folder.
Will report back when I have looked into it more. Any suggestions welcome.
Screen settings on the Amiga is about compromises. Make sure you have the TV crop set if you have it on the TV.
Otherwise, I've set the controls for 2 players. It should work if both controllers are plugged in before launch.

Actually I still have the original firmware, so I don't have any experience, but I've heard that people who upgraded from 1.0.0. to 1.0.1. and then to 1.1.1. have problems unlike those who upgraded directly from 1.0.0. to 1.1.1.
Try using the THEA500 folder from other projects like AGS2 mini or AMiNIMiga.

This is very cool. Seem to have trouble getting seek and destroy to work properly - seems like it only takes input from the mouse? I've tried starting it with only controllers plugged in but no luck
Seek and Destroy is a bit of a problem. You have to go to the Amiberry menu via F12 on the keyboard and set the joypad to the mouse position.

Thanks man, couple of things of note are Pinball Fantasies and Illusions are missing tables fantasies is issing the last 2 and Illusions is missing Vikings. Also the screen size is too big on some and F12 screen size adjustments don't seem to be able to make it the nice little screen size that you can get on the stock games. Also BIg scare as the machine froze on me while playing Pinball fantasies and I could not even turn the machine off. I had to unplug it , so I think I will stay clear for a while until further builds I think. Thanks again for all your efforts :) :)

Pinbal Fantasies - in menu screen hit left arrow, or blue to switch tables.
Pinball Illusions - Vikings were never there, you're confusing it with some other pinball.
You can't set the screen via F12, for some reason you can't do it in Amiberry and have to do it via a text file in the editor and edit the *.UAE file.
I tried to set the image as best as possible and make it as big as possible. I'll try to figure out in the future to make it work on both the monitor and TV.
If it bothers you, switch your screen settings to "moderate".
As for the freezing, I'm sorry, I don't know how that happens, it happens to me with Super Stardust. I thought it was a weak power supply.
I don't know, maybe it will be better after the firmware update.

I downloaded the V1.1 in the info above and unzipped and added the CD32 folder to the root of a USB drive that was formatted to FAT32. But nothing shows up when it is plugged into the A500 mini. Is there something else I needed to have done? I tend to have the worst luck with even the easiest of things.
Did you also copy the "THEA500" folder? It's not in the video instructions, because I assumed people already have it there because of WHDload games.
@@tomaskonvicka4135turns out the problem is that my laptop fails to actually and properly format to FAT32, even tho it says it's formatted its false. Had to download an aftermarket SD Card Formatting program and then format it and then reload everything and works like a champ now! I thank you massively for making this. I actually have 2 real CD32 consoles, they are extremely expensive these days, so this will help me at least to be able to sell one of them! I'll also follow your instructions on how to ad games as I have some ISO files that I'd like to try and see if they work too

Make sure you have the CD32 folder in the root of your flash drive.
If you didn't copy the whole folder, just selected the games, make sure you copied both kickstarts (Kickstart-CD32.rom, CD32 Extended-ROM.rom)
The whole package doesn't work unless you have THEA500 folder for running WHDload games.
@@tomaskonvicka4135 yes that was it. I already had. WHDLoad installation of Amiga games and I made the CD32 folder a sub folder of my existing games folder. I moved the CD32 folder up a level and now it’s working.

Unfortunately, no. It's CD images. But the CD rips are everywhere on the net, they are also on the famous Paul Vince game pack for the A500 mini, but of course without Audio tracks. In fact, there are often better versions for the A500/A1200 than for the CD32. I prefer MODs.
That's great we must put also THEA500 folder? And if so the new update is 1.1.0 mix up, black screen with the folder without A500 folder, I never put it go's the filmware is older, I don't know
If you already have the latest version of the "THEA500" folder, you don't need it. You can also have versions from other projects like Minimiga and AGS mini.
As for the firmware, it should work with the latest version 1.1.1.

No luck with the settings. Instead of the CD32 boot up screen it goes to the Workbench screen. And that's for all the games so I had to reboot the A500.
@@beetlejooz I tried to say don't set anything in native menu. So replace everything you configured in native blue menu and ensure folder CD32 is in root of your flash drive.

Any idea why certain games just ask for Kickstart 1.3? Top gear 2 for example, just shows me a image of 1.3 version floppy, can't do nothing more
It happens when you try change settings in blue A500 mini menu. Don´t do that. Copy again *.uae files to usb stick. Please read whole documentation and look on my previous video.

Thanks for Your work. I've tested Your "80 CD32 games" for a while, some games don't work for me - example game: Diggers & Oscar. Downloaded newer version with "100 CD32 games" and the same occurs (Diggers & Oscar does not work for me). Only blue hand with diskette shows, like no proper Kickstart or improper config file. What shall I do to make this game playable? It's possible that there are more such games (that does not work) or is this only for me? Nothing edited in Your file structure and in configs, just copied and UNTOUCHED any file :)
I'm sorry to hear that. There are template files, so delete the old "*.UAE" Diggers and Oscar file that doesn't work and make it from the template file, name it the same. Then edit that file in some text editor, like notepad. Around the middle is the name "template, so change it to the name of the game", then it should work fine. I believe this is an exception, I've tested everything.
@@tomaskonvicka4135 I figured out how/when it does damages .uae files (posted also on EAB forum). So, long story in short:
No matter if I use 'Arcade Game Selector 2' or 'CD32 - 80 Games Collection" (the newest with 100 of CD32 games). Every time I try to edit game config through game configuration (directly on A500 Mini) from "mouse + cd32 pad" to "joystick + cd32 pad" or "cd32 pad + cd32 pad" it ALWAYS damages .uae config for particular game by removing some of important data. It causes that .uae files are at least twice smaller than before edit via A500 Mini. And not only that... It also damages .uae file even if I don't edit game config but just go to configuration and DO NOT WRITE/DO NOT MODIFY anything. After go to configuration for particular game and exit from the config, game stops working - it shows "blue hand" from Kickstart 1.3 when trying to execute it.
I use A500 Mini with firmware v1.1.1 and I use mentioned two compilations without any modifications (it means untouched from my side).
EDIT: Maybe I've found a solution to play 2 players mode (which I need for some games) - just edit .uae files directly (this part):

I’ve got two A500 pads. Both works for 2 players with no problem with built-in games (Qwak, Chaos Engine). But only one pad works with Your compilation, same about AGS v1.4. Amiberry just can’t recognize second pad. It only recognizes that pad, on which I’ve pressed any button first. Then second pad does not work at all. Both pads connected to two USB ports directly (no adapters, no usb hubs). Entered to Amiberry configuration by F12 key, nothing modified manually (using Your original .uae files).
Do You know why it is a problem? Or maybe Amiberry does not support two pads?
I'm sorry, buddy. Try using a different controller for the second player, like a PS4.
If that doesn't work, try editing the UAE file in notepad and find the lines:

'Super Street Fighter II Turbo_ol.uae' probably has inproper entries, because the game does not start (maybe link to Kickstart or to game image - not tested with PC yet).
@@ModernRetroGameplays At least one good news:) I don't know what's wrong with Super Street Fighter, try unpacking the original archive, maybe the files got corrupted somehow.
I tested every game, everything worked.
Thanks for the games! It worked fine but I changed some advanced settings on the fighting spirit file and now when I try to open the game I get the floppy disk error image. I tried to change again the settings but I think I corrupted the file. Maybe I have to delete the folder and put again the files
Yeah, that's usual. It's in the description, don't do it:) Fix it by overwriting the original *.uae file of the game. And if you want to change anything, you have two options. Edit the UAE file in the notepad, or press F12 while playing and you can change whatever you want, but changing the resolution doesn't really work and it's better to do it through the notepad.

One guy had the same problem and solved it with a different kickstart.
Try a clean usb stick and put everything from my package in there, without the other stuff.

Looks like you haven't formatted the usb stick to fat32.
First run the WHDload games on your usb stick according to the manual and when it works, add my cd32 package.

edit, whenever I change the controls in the A500 mini for the game, the game breaks down. Every game. Better not edit the settings then.
(The config file is overwritten at that point and loses the paths to the games I recon)

I've tried downloading the zip file multiple times (with different browsers, to different drives) but the download either fails near the end or if it completes I get an error when trying to extract it, saying its corrupt (the extraction fails when it reaches SSF2T)

in Television settings.
The image will not be cropped.

In televison settings turn off "Use screen edges" and now you should see the whole picture without any cropping..
