- Hi Everyone, In this video i go over the specs of the Apollo Pro Electric Kick Scooter i got to test ride at the Rider Fest 2023 Event at the apple valley speedway. i also give you my thoughts at the end of the video as a current heavy rider.
i hope you enjoy it. any questions, you know what to do. Авто/Мото
Nice. Hope you have a good time with your new direction on your channel. I like scooters, but I'm 6'7" so I do worry about falling off :)
Once you get the hang of it,all worries dissipate.
I’m 6’5 I find it to fit pretty good for my height
That dual regen brakes are very powerful !!!Don't need squicky discbrakes at all, especially in the rain.
Thank you for the tiny review.😂.
True, apollo just doesn't recommend you use it until the battery goes down to 90% as it can fry the battery, so just be careful with that if you get one also regen brakes are not good for emergency stopping so most will still have to depend on the handlebar brakes. As for the tiny review, you're welcome. I wish i could have had more time with it, but we were all taking turns at this event and since im not a big shot youtuber who's been recognized by companies yet to get sent stuff for review i cant make a good video of these things the way i would like, i would have done range test, charging time etc. Maybe one day they will. 😅
You didn’t utilize the best feature of the scooter… the regen brake!
Thats right! However, The standard brakes left me so impressed that i honestly forgot about the Regen braking.👌😅
I agree. I'm so glad that Apollo is adding this to the rest of their line of scooters. This is HUGE! With other scooters you have to spend $20 or so on shipping alone every time you change your brake pads, and that's the second most common thing you'll change on your scooter. It also makes it so that braking in the rain is much more reliable since the motor isn't affected by water like brake pads are.
