- This is the infamous case of Chris Watts. This story captivated a whole nation at the time and till this day is still truly horrible. Tonight, we take a deep dive into the case as we retrace the day of. Sit back, grab a pair of headphones and relax as we go into our second case in the True Crime ASMR series. I did imagine myself in the position of being at work and getting a call that my family was missing, and I don't have a family to care for or anything, but I just vividly felt these feelings of fear, loss of breath, speechlessness, panic, teary eyes and faint-heartedness. I didn't quite realise how even a theoretical kidnapping/murder can make me feel so broken and lost and panicked.
It was interesting though, didn't damage my enjoyment of the video, which was a good time btw, I look forward to more true crime ASMR in the future. 👍🏼

Chris actually initially only confessed to murdering Shannan, claiming she had strangled the kids and that he in turn strangled her in a fit of rage.
And the police needs a warrant to look through your phone, they can't do that just because you're the prime suspect...
He said once he was arrested,then they grabbed and did the phone thing, which once your convicted and jailed, they are able to ask whoever is in your will or family for permission which was probably his dad and he probably gave them the green light
not hard to get a warrant to search phone if you are the prime suspect

Love the true crime, just some thoughts on the vid though, and maybe this is just personal but you ramble wayyyy too much for a true crime video, it felt like there was like 2 mins of the case then 10mins of rambling, but again maybe that’s just me who’d prefer to hear more detail about the case rather than picturing myself in all these scenarios.
