Hello friends and newcomers! My name is Gaby and I have dedicated this channel to making christian asmr. My goal is to read the entire bible like this video, one book at a time. And once I'm done, I hope to make a soft spoken version of this series as well. @@Nastyacidface welcome to the eternal fam 😊♥️ what I found really helpful at first was to find “verses when I’m feeling (insert emotion)” to see what God says about that. Most bibles have a section like that in the back as an index or u can just google it.

You're probably doing the mistake of not praying before reading the Scripture.

That actually comes from the translation of the Greek version. Gotta keep in mind that Jesus did not speak English. I hope this helps people who are rightfully confused lol.
Jesus had a little sass to him. Especially at the last supper the way he just called Judas out with zero hesitation 😂

@@dollypetals sassy isn’t necessarily disrespectful. I just like how blunt Jesus was and at times how humorous he was in his delivery. Jesus was human and full of human emotion and interest and I think that is really shown in the way he spoke. He didn’t speak like a robot he spoke like a person.
genuinely thank you for getting me to read the bible. I've been wanting to but actually completing this task is of something entirely different. i read along and highlighted as you read to me and i will say, i began crying after chapter 11.

Hey! You might not see this but I hope you've found some clarity in your spiritual journey ❤️ God loves you! Jesus left his teachings for us to find comfort and peace in, and even when we feel far away or have doubt, he's there watching over us. He just wants to know you, and be a friend in the midst of hardship. It's not an easy journey to walk, but it's worth it when you start to learn more about his life and that he wants the best us.
A lot of people make "Christianity" so complicated, so strict and cold. "You have to act like ___, you can't say ___, you're wrong if you ___". If you're not the "perfect Christian", you're shamed. Churches will judge you if you don't present yourself in the way that's typical or perfect to them.
But He says we don't have to be perfect! No one can be perfect, it's literally impossible lol. Jesus's sacrifice was for us to be made perfect in his eyes, and to be able to come to him with anything we may be struggling with, and he'll be there to pick us up again and again so long as we believe that he can!
He isn't asking for perfection from us, he's asking for us to trust him with our hearts and let him guide us. Let him help us through the tough stuff or lead us to a path that'll make us happier. He's a friend and mentor, not a dictator or controlling figure. We even have free will, but not all decisions we make for ourselves are good ones. He's there to pick us up and encourage us when we fall short, to let us know we're God's greatest creation, even if we're not perfect or don't feel like enough in this world. We're his kids, and all a great parent wants is for their kids to thrive. He gave us a guideline to follow, and the more you read and ask him for understanding or clarity, you'll start finding yourself, and finding meaning and purpose, and his word will make a little more sense, you'll naturally fall into the life and mindset he envisioned for you.
Try reading a scripture or two a day, talk aloud about anything you'd like with him, ask for guidance or reassurance, or just sit in silence. If you find any peace, know that he's with you ❤️
I've struggled with believing for so long, and I'm just now starting to get the hang of things in my twenties. Love him, love others, spread love and happiness and not judgement or scorn. Share his word with others that may be struggling if you found it helpful to you! I hope it does! I think everyone should believe in something :) it makes life a little less lonely and serious. God bless u, and I hope you find your place and purpose, no matter where life takes you.

@@ferdinand8801 Nah I’m good. My Mom used to be Christian tho she converted to Islam. I myself am Agnostic. I don’t deny God and his existence but I don’t see it as the the truth either. To me that makes the most sense, Religion isn’t for me.

@@ferdinand8801 The Christian Believe in general is something that isn’t very logical to me, without trying to be offensive. If I’d ever be part of any religion again it would probably be Buddhism. But even that isn’t 100% logical to me. And how can I be Christian when I don’t believe in anything the Bible says, which I’ve read a few times btw, just like the Quran.

I hope everyone gets what they need from this. I struggle with focusing while reading my Bible and this has helped me. It also makes me sleepy too which is a bonus. I love how all religions or people that aren’t religious can enjoy this scripture. I pray he blesses all of you, and that you find his sweet loving salvation. I’m not a Christian but I absolutely love listening to people pray and bible verses, I find them very comforting. Even tho I’m not Christian, I feel very connected with the divine/God/Universe/whatever you personally call it 💫

Lately, I have been struggling at night time and I can’t ever get a good night sleep. Some days I go without any sleep at all. Most likely because Im a little stressed out. Im taking pre-law courses at the moment, which consist of so much reading and research, and I cannot say how thankful I am to have found your channel! My university is based on Christianity, and my professors require us to incorporate Bible verses in all of our essays and your video helps a lot! Thank you for helping me sleep! 😇

For those who are not believers Jesus says I am the way the truth and the life no one comes to the Father except through me. If u dont believe in Christ i pray he would open your eyes and you recieve him into your heart and be saved. Once you are saved there is no death only a departure.

This was pleasant to listen to in my dreams and to wake up to. Was not the asmr I started the night with but it is what my soul needed. For His sake I hope you keep doing this. For it is nice to find truth, in the desert life has become. It is good to find an oasis, that one may drink and be refreshed were it is necessary. May Jesus protect you dear lady. And may he lead us true in the days ahead. Joshua ch1 v9, lord protect !!
One of my favs is the 8th chapter of John--near the end-- after [yet again] another debate with the Pharisees merely trying to trap Jesus and HE mentioned that Abraham was happy for the day of HIS coming. Then they were like,"You're not even 30 yrs old...whatchu talking about. And then Jesus replied, "Before Abraham was, I AM." And they were pissed!😂 Jesus is Lord and said that HE was many times in many ways^^.
