Why would it be? It's not the dealers money, the dealer wants the players to win. I work at a casino and I hate the feeling of some new player losing over and over again and then they lose all they're money and they get up and walk away, I like when the players win over and over again and they are all happy and they celebrate and stuff. Also win the players win a bonus, they usually give the dealers a tip
I was new once and had a dealer that was friendly. I won quite a bit until they swapped dealers on us. I lost every single hand after the swap...never played since.
