I'm currently 54 hours smoke free. I've been smoking for 13 years and this is the hardest thing I've ever done. Thanks for the encouragement. It helps to own the withdrawals. One day at a time!!
Yeah I am going through this right now - blah! I did not smoke just vaped like it was going out of style. Feels like I have energy in the brain and someone shined a light inside me and said wake up its time for school! Then blasted the music - I tossed and turned last night and I am sure ill do it again tonight. I was vaping non-stop during the lock down to the point of insanity! Now im done for good. Damn lock down made me end up quitting vaping and kratom lol.

Thank you for this, I am 10 hours away from my 72 hour mark. I’ve been vaping/cigarettes for about 2 years and a majority of the symptoms I’ve read in this thread and in the video hold very true. The worst for me has been irregular sleeping, irritability, anxiousness, boredom, and a little sadness. But for anyone reading this it’s going to be expected, prove to yourself your bigger than your desires. The Buddhists say the root of all suffering is desire and I really believe that. Another thing is too, any habit you do becomes apart of you so naturally when you’re quitting you sorta feel like your loosing yourself but that’s all apart of it. I quit simply because I knew this wasn’t adding anything to my life in anyway, it wasn’t even really making me happy when I did it tbh I just felt like I needed it, I wanted that feeling of regaining control of my life. To all quitting y’all got this!!!!
This is really helpful. After 20 years of heavy smoking(up to 60 a day) i am at the 72 mark. One thing that surprised me is how easy it is to breathe now.
I am day 2 feel not good i will make it ......40 jears smoking .....we all will make it .....lets pray for this Dr helping us .....AND JESUS WILL NOT LEAVE US
I am at the 72 hour mark of quitting vaping. My word...this addiction recovery process is ROUGH. But there is no turning back. Thank you for your videos and guidance.
I havent smoked nicotine for 3 days so dehydrated still craving flu like symptoms dull headache. This sucks so bad but just shows that this is a problem that needs to be dealt with and being on furlough and qaurintine is the best time to do it
Yeah I’m on day 4 and I’m still getting cravings especially after a meal but the symptoms (headache, lethargy) are basically gone. I’m wondering how long it will be before I’m not thinking about it anymore
@@giusepperesponte8077 with nicotine i feel that i had an easier time because you aren't altering your brain to be high so the cravings are less and you feel more normal give it like 2 months and you'll be good but drinking alcohol was my major problem
I haven't smoked for two months feeling way better the cravings are not strong anymore and I've been doing well the first two weeks are killer to be honest but it does get easier
I just stopped vaping as of 1 hour ago. Threw away my vaping shit and I’m already feeling anxious and sick. I need to get out of this: it’s a waste of money, and waste of my health.
@@syrup134 I’m 1 month clean so far, feeling good. I still get cravings but I chew some gum or preoccupy my mind with video games or work around the house
I just gave up vaping Monday. Thursday will be 72 hours. I had a severe panic attack last week with a heart rate of 140-160. Had to quit. Had another attack last night but not as bad. Just isn’t worth it to me! Congrats keep it up!
This is actually really encouraging! I quit cigarettes 2 weeks ago, now using a vape for nicotine. I am on a vacation right now, so I don't wanna quit right now because I'll feel bad on my holiday. But after this, I'm gonna quit nicotine. I was scared of withdrawal but this comment really changed my view, so thank you!
@@huiba1 you can do it! Try to clear your schedule if possible for like 5 days. The first 5 or 6 days are physical where you’ll be emotional and on and off tired, but it’s still very tolerable if your schedule is free. After 5-6 days the worst is over and it’s encouraging knowing every day you’re getting better, time is on your side and you embrace time passing feeling productive. After 2 weeks or so that slight natural consistent endorphin buzz starts getting noticeable especially if youre slightly exercising.
Im 3 days removed from nicotine, 4 days removed from alcohol, 5 days removed from THC. I reduced my severe caffeine addiction to just a cup of green tea in the morning as of a week ago. I wake up at night covered in sweat lol but Im sleeping at least thanks to melatonin! Im through with addictive substances, I want my life back
Thank you so much for these videos . When you say you’re letting go of the ball and chain, it brought me to tears. You are SO right, I’ve spent so much time a effort in the last 10 years of addiction and I am EXCITED to have my time back without those weights on my mind and body.
I’ve just recently stopped vaping. It’s been a very rough ride with stopping and starting again. After seeing this video I now have a new outlook on the process, you’ve inspired me greatly and I know after 90 days I can come back to this comment and reply with my good news of finally ridding myself of this. Thank you so much for the hope you’ve given me and I’m sure many other hopeful people!
I can relate bruh. Earlier this yr back in April I went 45 days without Alcohol, but during that entire time I smoked a lot more basically replacing one addiction with another. I’m back binge drinking and smoking like I never left. I’m currently on day 2 without either and I plan to give both up at the same damn time!!!
The new year started, I havent gotten high or hit nicotine since december 30th.... before that I was hitting carts and nic for 4 years straight. Godamn it was so hard I had it kinda easy though...experienced some anxiety and insomnia. I promise you when you detox you will feel better about your whole life. I promise.
Awesome video! Really needed this! On day 2 of no marijuana & no nicotine. I feel super bad today but I’m seeing it through, I want to feel free of these addictions!
I've been struggling with nic addiction for about 4 years on and off. Im trying to quit for myself but its hard when everything around you feels unsupported. Im trying to recover without telling anyone because it helps hold me accountable to myself. Sometimes the "support" of others can really drag us down in instances.
I referred to this channel and video specifically in my blog assisting me in meeting the withdrawals head-on. 8 days in and fewer instances of craving episodes. Thanks Dr Frank.
76 hours in right as I type this. I feel good. A lot easier then I thought. Just keep busy and gum helps!! Update 9/25: been a while since I vaped. Still get cravings but not as bad as the first 3 days. Been kinda bored without it but worth it!!
How's it going? I cut my nicotine down with vaping to putting like 2.5ml in a 50 ml bottle. I used to put the whole 10 ml of nicotine shot in. I feel like I went through the headaches, stomach nausea already so I'm just like "fuck it" no more for me at all. Past few days have just been utter foggy for me.
Hey have you kept the good habit of being nicotine free? I’m thinking about quitting I haven’t hit nicotine in about 72 hours, but have a lot of cravings still.
Im binge watching all of your videos to help me quit today i just hit my 72 hour period and it's very very rough! But i will continue and i will overcome every withdrawal i have
I gave up vaping after watching one of your videos. Finally the cravings are leaving me especially first thing in the morning!! I feel a million times better! Thank you!
Yo I’m on my first month and I still feel anxiety attacks and I have moments where I tweak out and I catch myself saying random things I wouldn’t normally say. Did you feel this ?
I quit nicotine on the 21st of September. It was uncontrollable, I had a pouch in every minute of the day. Right before bed I went to grab a pouch and noticed I was completely out and that was when I made the decision to quit completely. No taper. Today was day 4 complete. It didn't cross my mind, my appetite is in full drive. I'm working out consistently so it's looking positive. Will keep checking in after 7 days.
@@yuritarded8870 There are many Carcinogens in Vape Aerosol like Formaldehyde and Lead. Not to contradict, but I find that to be realistic, not dramatic.
Hello Dr. Frank~ my story! 3 years ago I had a heart attack, I stopped smoking that day for about 7 months using the patch. I am going to cardiac rehab to get my life back.. Eating healthy, starting working out which I love~ but still smoking!! Tonight I will attempt to be a non smoker again, I pray I can do this!! I also have a list of other videos to help get me thru this!! I can do this!! I have to do this "
Look for the videos of tabacco companies. Look for indonesia tabacco company scandal. They just dont care if 5million people are dying every year. This will make you very angry
-Jeffrey wigand: the big tobacco whistleblower - Indonesia tobacco children Its outrageous how they are making us addicted to smoke. They are criminals against humanity
It's been 29 hours ago when I decided to stop vaping, then your video pop out and Now I'm more motivated than ever. Hoping to reach at least 72 hours and can totally be free nicotine. Thanks though
@@rambololal Yea, the worse was over in 48 hours. I felt some mild tingling 2 weeks later but it's all out of my system now. Keep going. It's worth it.
@Joey Harper hang it there bro. I feel that I didn't truly enjoy everything else I did because I was always chasing nicotine. Like I wouldn't even savor the food I ate because I would also finish a meal with a juul rip. I learned to take one bite at a time and truly enjoy the meal even if it was just a bacon, egg and cheese with morning coffee. Try mindful eating. It helps
Smoked for 10 years + vaping the last 10 at highest strength ejuice. Decided to stop 3 days ago. Was pretty easy. I used the following plan - Step 1: Stop vaping. Step 2: Don't start vaping again. Can confirm, it really does work..
Thanks Doc.I like your approach I am day three now. I was just watching a hypnotist on another channel saying that withdrawal is a myth and it’s all in my mind. At least you acknowledge that you will feel physically crappy. I’ve now got the mindset that I’ve just got a head cold or the flu. The same way I would get through that I can power through this. Of course there’s that voice in your head that says we can make all this go away with a new pack of cigarettes. That’s when thinking about the big picture comes in. Health, quality of life. The confidence that comes with beating a bad habit. Keep up the good work Doc!!
I think quitting smoking is easy or difficult depending on the age and years of addiction. For myself, I am 40 years old and a heavy smoker for twenty years. I decided to quit, now I have four months quit smoking, but I have frankly suffered the first month heavily and the second month is less and I started to relax after the three months and the issue is not easy.
Great video. I’m quitting nicotine after heavily vaping everyday for almost 5 years. It is day four and I had to go home from work because I have the worse headache imaginable and I’m tingling. I know it’ll be worth it, but it doesn’t feel like it right now.
this video helped me so much. I’m excited to be freeing myself of the ball and chain I’ve been tied to for so long! only on day 2 after being addicted to juul for the past 3 years, but I am so excited to be ridding myself of its’ burden.
I just made a commitment to myself and I just threw out my last vape, I’m tired of spending the money, coughing and possible health concerns to come. Wish me luck!
i’ve been trying to quit for a minute now but things just haven’t been going how I need them to. This video really inspires me to push myself nd be the best me, the version that isn’t controlled by a substance or object instead the other way around. Pray for me on this journey and hope that I thrive as I go.
I quit cigarettes cold turkey after 15 years of smoking on may 10th and it wasn't as hard for me because i kept my mind and body active through skateboarding and other things and it makes you want to start eating healthy and work out more often just replace smoking with exercise and eating healthy it really was that simple for me.
Just rounded hour 68 without nicotine! My symptoms have been: cravings, chills, awful sleep. It's also day 11 without THC. Feeling pretty good about this time, and I'm glad i found your channel. Mindset is everything!!!
I’m on 91 hours, but who’s counting. Yesterday was by far the worst, especially when I got near 72 hours. If I wasn’t vaping Zero juice, I couldn’t have come this far. Headache, severe brain fog, clumsy, weepy. It helped a lot to taper down to 3mg before stopping. That wasn’t easy either, because I went through withdrawals for that, like being extremely Irritable. Good luck and I’m proud of all of you. We are in this together 👍💪
Hi, I’m quitting Nicotine, weed and sweets/junk food at the same time, 2 days clean from weed as of now, and I’m about to quit nicotine and sweets and junk now. I’m gona stay strong, and your videoes gives me a lot of motivation :)
We are not giving up anything that's the first problem we are gaining something. Love it. I was a smoker for over 20 years. I worked so hard to get addicted that first drag was terrible. Sheer will power will not work for the majority because this method encourages those that will power themselves to quit to view smokers with envy - Alan Karrs book is exceptional read it -. I am a non smoker and will remain one because smoking did nothing for me
If you get sick , go to the hospital. I almost died when I stopped using nicotine. I had got a throat infection, from a unrelated cause, and thought it was from withdrawls. Turns out I had strep throat, and I later got septic. After a few days of what I thought was withdrawal symptoms, I felt very ill. It got so bad, I went to the hospital, and was rushed into the ICU. I ended up spending 3 days in the hospital, and it was a scary experience. Nicotine withdrawal can cause you to ignore serious health risks, if you feel something is wrong GO GET IT CHECKED. dont be like me, I had almost died .
You know what, don’t share ludicrous information like this with the general public. The odds of someone contracting strep throat and quitting nicotine at the same time are very slim. Beyond that if you can’t take the time to examine the back of your own throat and look for white patches you’re an imbecile. To me it seems as if you work for a big pharma/tobacco company and scaring people into not quitting. Keep your bullshit rhetoric to yourself liar.
@@abemo4113 I dont work in big tobacco or big pharma. I never suggested to continue poisoning yourself with tobacco either. My advice is just simply not overlooking symptoms during your withdrawal, because they could mimic something else entirely. Keep your nonsense to yourself, and take a nap. This is called a preventive measure, there is nothing wrong with being safe rather than sorry.
@@karanvirdhillon6406 Are you saying the withdrawals makes you sick? Or that simply nicotine masks symptoms? You probably just got unlucky while quitting
16 year old addict here, Just destroyed my vape 3 minutes ago. Nicotine has been ruling my life for the past 3 years and i never saw how much of a problem i really had until about 3 months ago. All my friends would tell me i was a fiend but i never saw it happening to me, i just knew that i liked nicotine alot. Nicotine has been my anesthetic through out this whole time and im scared because i dont know how its gonna impact me. But im gonna do it, im quitting. Bye nicotine it was fun while it lasted but its time i start getting more ahead in my life. Farewell nicotine, you wont be missed....
I loved this video. I have read about this perspective but this video FINALLY drove a stake through my addiction to nicotine's heart. I will watch it again every time I doubt my resolve. I would give you a hug if I could, Much love Frank. p.s. never doubt that you are making the world a better place.
So the odd thing is I’m currently about to start day 5 of no nicotine, and I’ve almost had opposite things happen. The 1st day was the WORST for me. Headaches, cravings, foggy feeling. The 2nd day felt a bit better I noticed drinking lots of water out of a straw kept me going really well, I peed and pooped so much. I am just struggling with some hints of anxiety and hints of cravings right about now. Also I’ve been soooooo tired! You all got this I promise it’s not as bad as you might think.
18 years on tobacco and your videos works like miracle now i quit tobacco, funny part is when i got carving i play your videos to get distracted. Thank you
On the third day, nothing crazy so far just a weird post-nap type tiredness feeling. I gotta say, I am just genuinely shocked by myself. I hit my juul at least every 10 min of the day, from the second I would wake up. Never in a million years did I think I could go 3 DAYS without it. Anyone can do this shit I promise you cold turkey is doable. I do experience cravings and just subconsciously reaching for my juul a lot, but THEY PASS. they go away and you will feel relief in one way or another. I'm ngl this shit is hard, but the one thing that I have going for me is that my urge to never experience quitting again is stronger than my urge to vape, so nothing is going to stop me from progressing bc so help me god this quitting shit sucks and im NEVER doing it again, so might as well continue with my progress!
Pointing out each symptom separately to underwhelm its effects from a singular perspective. Also stating the fact that the addiction will try trick a person to get whatever back again to feel better like a medicine(relapse) when that very Thing is why u feel so miserable to begin. Thanks for the video.
i quit starting November 1 and i’m 12 days clean of nicotine and carts. i was addicted for 3 years and i’m 16. i can tell u it’s not that bad. dr frank said “ya it’s hard to quit nicotine, but it’s harder to be addicted. it’s hard to quit carts, but it’s harder to hide them and spend all your money on them”. i realized that quitting is gonna b hard but it’s not as difficult as being addicted:
Thank you Frank for all your great Video's and encouragement. I am quitting after 37 Years of smoking 1 Pack a Day. also congratulations to all the new quitters of Nicotine in the comments. Keep it up, because our Lives and health need this! Prayers to all in this journey! 🙏🙏
Thank you, I really needed to hear this. I’m on day 2 quitting tobacco and everything is crap. My body aches, I can’t go to sleep. I am exhausted, frustrated, numb and just not my cheery self. I’ll pull through 72 hrs. Hopefully it’ll get better. It’s my first time trying to quit and I’m sure it will be the last time. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻
This makes me feel better . Day 13 no weed but only day 2 no tobacco and I started feeling weird and was scared. Between this detox and my wisdom teeth I’m sure that’s all it is .
The way you explain this is better than Allen Carr Easy way to quit smoking book ! You should write books addiction mind set ! Thank you soon much for this video
I’m on 62nd hour of quitting cigarettes right now. Had a nightmare that I was smoking and woke up with the first craving I’ve experienced since I stopped. Are dreams like that normal? When do they stop? It was so real that I woke up feeling genuine sense of guilt. I’m now trying to get past that craving. It’s tough, I feel restless and anxious but I won’t give up!
Going ENTIRELY Cold Turkey tomorrow. I had a bad problems with saying I’m going to stop something but then going back to it like literally hours later. I feel different about it this time and I want to live a healthy and happy life... please wish me luck. Not only am I going cold turkey but I’m also starting to run and do home workouts tomorrow to get in better shape. All at once... wish me luck and I will let everyone know soon how well this went. I hope to be a new man at the beginning of next year.
@@AddictionMindset Alright so I gotta be honest. I figured after the first 3 days it would be easier but it’s been barely over a week and I’m STILL having bad withdrawals. Haven’t relapsed to it yet but I’ve gotten so close ugh. People say after the 3rd day it’s easier but for me it’s literally the same amount of want every day :(
Officially made it to day 4 of no nicotine or weed I feel amazing this RUclips channel is to blame I seen his videos pop up over and over and so I started watching I watched close to 20 videos and started my journey got to say it’s been hell but I hit day 3 was so bad with being depressed to the point I wanted to pull my skin of my body but just keep pushing I promise day 4 I felt the most relief that I been wanting to feel so long I never knew how much weight it actually puts on u and how much anxiety it gives u is just sooo crazy ! I really recommend quiting nicotine and weed!
Started today , I want to get clean before my 21st birthday ...I have tried many times but haven’t lasted longer than 3 days before. I was so frustrated with my failure , this time a threw away my vape and gave my girlfriend my card. Wish me luck ! love from South Africa
Easiest way to quit is actually wanting to quit. You need to be 100% motivated to stop. One night i just said im done. I went through the whole night, slept and woke up without hitting my vape. That day i bought a 0% nicotine vape and my cravings were gone and I barely hit the vape. The worst part is the “brain fog”
Thank you this actually helped alot and you actually the only one that talked about the things I was i was looking for someone to talk about and explain.. thank you so much and now I'm staring to quit today..
If it helps anybody, I quit by switching from Marlboro Lights to American Spirits for 2 packs. Not having those chemicals gave me a headache, but could still have the “event” of smoking. The headache lasted for a day but after that second pack, I didn’t buy any more and never had any headache. The urge is still there, but it’s a lot easier to fight the urge when you don’t have a headache. Tomorrow will be two weeks for me
Godly King Same for me i already deal with depression, sleeping problems and ptsd so it makes it way worse. I just start having more nightmares and feel super sad with all the cravings and sweating through the day and night
Just wonderful, I been tryin to find out about "how long does a cigarette craving last?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Paybigailon Unimaginable Prestige - (search on google ) ? It is a good one off guide for discovering how to discovering how to quit smoking minus the normal expense. Ive heard some great things about it and my partner got amazing results with it.
24 hours off nicotine so far for me. Been vaping for like 8 years or something now, with cigs for maybe 2 years before that. First 24 hours was easy, now its getting tough. Thanks for the vids they're helping me stay motivated to get over this hump! :)
Really nice words there, thank you. I am battleing against a 2 decades weed addiction. I am 35 years old, and Ive started at 12 years old. At 15 years old, I was already smoking everyday. On those 2 decades, I had some months without weed, but as I didnt see me as an addicted, I didnt watch out other traps: the monthes without weed, I got to abuse alcohol. I am a heavy nicotine smoker too, but now I want to first quit weed and get my life back, then quit nicotine too. And I will be careful not to substitute weed for alcohol, as I did without conscious. Sorry about my english, hope everyone can understand.
I can relate bruh. Earlier this yr back in April I went 45 days without Alcohol, but during that entire time I smoked a lot more basically replacing one addiction with another. On my third day. It has been so hard and frustrating. But I’m motivated. Got bad headaches and fever. It sucks so bad. But it feels good when I get thru it
Good evening I’m am here as a 18 addicted smoker on night 2 of the withdraws last night was rough so rough had to look sumn up and this video made me feel like I can actually get thru this.
HELLO IM ON DAY 3 and I feel like it’s getting easier I may have no been addicted as much a so thought I was once i really think Bout it, first right was SO TOUGH THO
I just hit 48 hours. Second day is definitely worse than the first. Headaches aren't as bad but the cravings and exhaustion are noticeably worse. I'm trying to keep a good mindset and see my symptoms as my body healing itself from nicotine addiction. I've been down this road before, and I'm most vulnerable after a month of quitting when I think I can do a little and it'll be fine. Not this time!
I stopped smoking like 3 weeks ago now. Important is you realy want to quit before even thinking about stopping this addiction. I find it very hard when i drink a beer in the evening, that's when i feel like i need a sigaret, at least it comes 2 my mind then 😅 not at any other moments of the day. I did quit like cold turkey and because i realy wanted to stop i will be clean for the rest of my life, very motivated! 🎉🙏💪
tomorrow will be day 3 for me i am so nervous , day 1 was hell felt like i was going to die , day 2 was not as bad as day 1 just feel like crawling in a cave and going under a rock as a type this ....wish me luck and good luck to all of you !!!!!!
Day 4 Nicotine free...insomnia big time...never ate like this in my life...sweating the first 2 days...! I can do this! Your video s helps a lot! Thank you!🙏🙏
Seeing the comments about flu like symptoms is helping me a lot. I started a day and a half ago and all day today I have felt like I have the flu... it honestly scared me a lot, I tend to be very hypochondriac, very hypersensitive to how my body feels, which is actually the reason I’m quitting. The buzz I would get really just in the morning wasn’t worth my constant overanalyzing of every breath I took
To anyone who watches my comment, PLEASE DO NOT start smoking cigarettes. I smoked one for an experiment, and now, I’m hooked. Please, DO NOT pick up cigarettes, no matter what.
As a serial snusser who has been snussing the heaviest snusses out on the market chain snussing -style, all day throughout the day I can tell you that the withdrawals are not that bad when you quit. They only take from 1-4 days give or take. You wont sleep that well, you will be lightheaded and it will be hard to focus on some tasks specially at work. Take more naps if you have to, go exercise, it will help. After 1-4 days all that is left is the psychological addiction and that you will have to deal for a long time depending how long you used nicotine and in what forms. But the physical addiction is easy to get over and I did the strongest nicopods out there in the market chaining them day in day out.
What I do is have one snus per day every morning usually some siberia as I crave nicotine most in the morning then throughout the day I use 3 pieces of nicotine gum and it keeps everything calm
I am at 55th hour and already feeling the strong urge this video helps me stay calm this withdrawal is just minor what i gain post that will be suprising thanks for saving me and motivation
I Took my last cigerette on 28.feb.2022 @11:55 pm.. Till now 71.5 hours without cigerettes, .. In real, cravings are at peak while writing this Comment. May Allah help me to get well soon and led A smoke free life. Aameen.
I had to taper down over about a week. I just kept spacing out the hits more and more and limiting myself to one or two puffs each time. I tried cold turkey but I couldn't function. I was struggling to go 30 minutes without it at first but I was surprised at how fast the cravings subsided. It was like being hungry all the time.
Hey man, maybe you should go step by step. Quit the worst habit for your body, and that I may say (as an weed and pill addicted too): quit the pills first. Then the weed, then the nicotine. Or maybe you can quit weed and nicotine altogether, some people do. But quitting all 3 will be very hard.
I'm legitimatley scared to quit, I get extremely moody and irrational when I don't get my daily 2 monsters, or hit my vape every 10 minutes. I'm just going to do it.... I hope I don't punch someone.
me too. I'm planning on quitting during the winter break so I can isolate myself and not have to talk to anyone lol cuz I might kill someone, honestly though with the way this nicotine addiction has me wrapped I feel like it's worth it in the end. if it's making me act this way it's clearly a problem yk at least that's what helps seal the deal in my mind, and as for the monsters same man but I'm just gonna give the nicotine up and deal with the monsters afterwards lolll idk if that helped but I'm in the same boat. hang in there!!

Everything you said is right on point!! Thank you so much for taking the time to write this out and inspire others
I am starting my day 1 from today 🤞

I havent smoked nicotine for 3 days so dehydrated still craving flu like symptoms dull headache. This sucks so bad but just shows that this is a problem that needs to be dealt with and being on furlough and qaurintine is the best time to do it

Hi Frank. I was able to finally quit cigarettes. I am at day 24. Your videos were a HUGE help. Thank you does not even cover it.
You’re gaining a consistent natural buzz that lasts all day instead of a quick buzz from nicotine that wears out and constantly needs to be fed.
This is incredibly true. I feel so high from not smoking anything lol

Step 1: Stop vaping.

Holy fuck dude
Bruh wtf

If it helps anybody, I quit by switching from Marlboro Lights to American Spirits for 2 packs. Not having those chemicals gave me a headache, but could still have the “event” of smoking. I've been down this road before, and I'm most vulnerable after a month of quitting when I think I can do a little and it'll be fine. Not this time!
“Get Thru 72” should definitely be a t-shirt!
In 10 minutes I would have got through 72 💪
I stopped smoking like 3 weeks ago now.
You will do great! You won’t even need the luck but good luck!
Totally agree I'm the same
My boy. Any update on your journey? Started mine yesterday and excited for the future. Can really relate to your story and struggles
Yess 💯🎉
May Allah help me to get well soon and led
A smoke free life. Aameen.
How are you doing now man?
I had to taper down over about a week. I just kept spacing out the hits more and more and limiting myself to one or two puffs each time. I tried cold turkey but I couldn't function. I was struggling to go 30 minutes without it at first but I was surprised at how fast the cravings subsided. It was like being hungry all the time.
It sounds like your doing great! Quitting looks different for everyone
I'm stop smoking weed, cigarettes and an addiction to pain pills this is my second day and I feel like crying!!
“I need the last hit of this cart to fall asleep” Hit the nail right on the head, We appreciate you
i'm quitting, wish i never started, only been doing it for 6-8 months but i'm determined to quit
You’re an amazing person man youve motivated me all the way brother 💯❤️
Just started today boyssss I GOT THISSSSSSS
