Still smoke free 04/03/23. Going strong and feeling so much better. Cravings come and go but we have to want to be smoke free 👍🏽. Thank you for your videos and words of encouragement and inspiration
Put my sticks in water tonight, like the tik tok trend, and threw them out. I'm so done with feeling exactly the way you describe; tired, unmotivated, and anxious. I'm ready to have my life back and I hope my mind and body are too.
It’s my 6th day of no vaping thanks to your videos. Your positivity and mindset shifts have made all the difference. I feel 10x better already thank you!
I've been vaping for 8 years. Quit date - 2022-08-28, so almost 24h smoke free. This is my second time, before this I stopped using nic for 6 months, but relapsed few months ago. Your videos are very helpful, especially when dealing with cravings, they helped me quit first time, same now. Mindset is everything.
Why did you relapse?did you feel the need even then for it and had cravings?did it make you feel horrible for 6 months and did you change in any way (as in yourself spiritualy or relationship wise?
7/17/23 . I quit for 90 days cold turkey 120 days ago. Been holding the line with only a few black n milds a day for the last 30 days. Time to turn on the afterburner and leave this habit behind me. Thanks for the inspiration behind Alan Car , Doc.
July 9th 2023. I’ve smoked less then one cigarette in the last 16days. I found the first three to five days to be the easiest. I’ve had a much harder time the last five days. I’m determined and I will not go back to smoking but I wish more would talk about how hard it is for some after the 3/5days. I’ve smoked for forty years.
I just watched this video… and the accuracy of everything you said is incredibly true. I literally threw my vape out the window last night! Just wanted to say you are super motivational and thank you for helping people out . -4/28/23
Starting my first day of quitting cold turkey smoking cigarettes and energy drinks all in one shot I used to smoke a red Marlboro pack of 20 cigarettes in a day and drink redbull for around 7 years now I will be back here again to celebrate myself after 3 months .. thanks for all your videos I really need this to move forward in my life mostly to reduce my SAD and depression
I’ve been vaping for 5 years now. I have not taken a hit in almost 72hr and it has been so difficult. I am used to caving in just to satisfy a craving, and regretting it right after. Today marks the day where I STICK WITH IT!! I have been watching your videos each time I have had a craving and it’s all in my mind at this point. Will be checking back in 2 weeks
Just wanted to say that I've been vaping for nearly 3 years now and only recently I wanted to quit for many reasons. I stumbled across your channel and you truly changed my mindest. I'm on day 4 now without hitting the vape and I dont feel as bad as I thought I would. Yes i did crave it, but the only thing that really bothered me was the insomnia and at times I would think of hitting a vape once or twice a day but so far I have not relapsed.
It’s my 7th day no vaping after 7 years of vaping almost every waking moment.. in bathroom while I’m taking a leak, at the dinner table, before I go to sleep, if I wake up in the middle of my sleep, as soon as I wake up, anywhere I could and even places I couldn’t. Struggling. Missing the flavor and feeling of blue razz elf bar hitting my mouth and lungs but fighting it.
24 February 2023. I’m tired of relapsing it’s draining me but I’m not giving up no matter what. Thank you for your videos they helped me quit the last time and I lasted 8 months.
I quit smoking weed/tobacco and vaping on the 13/02/2023 (27 Y/O and had been smoking/vaping on and off for 12 years although as of recently it had been a strong daily cycle for the last few years); the mental side of it is so fucking tough (still technically the first week I know), but I’m committed to changing and re-evaluating my life and my mentality therein, looking to have a future non dependant on anything but my own confidence and willpower. Recently have gotten out the last couple of days for brief jogs, have cut caffeine out of my daily intake, slowly improving my diet and introducing supps rich in Vitamin B3, Omega 3 And Magensium. My biggest fear is that the anxiety induced as a result of abstinence will linger and haunt me for the rest of my life. However, after a recent ‘scare’ (panic attack) which prompted this decision, I have no desire to return to the lifestyle I was living, and given the right amount of time I’ll emerge stronger and better for it. Still have the anxiety chest tightness to this day, but the motivation to get rid of this and become normal again far outweighs that of the desire to relapse. Stay strong everyone, you need to be willing if you are to pull through! (Also for sleep issues, 3MG Melatonin and a Hot Bath an hour before bed is an absolute game changer in the evenings)
The starting day was yesterday at lunch time, and I really want to thank you for all these videos. I'm doing fine, failed so many times and now I just want to enjoy all these effects as they dissolve. It's looking tricky but funny, I want to play this game!
21/04/2022 The amount of times I've thrown a vape out a window just to go buy another one 12 hours later sickens me. Everytime I tell myself "I'll take my last hit on Sunday before I start the week". I feel like the most difficult part of quitting is that everyone around me smokes or vapes. My lil bro vapes, my dad smokes and all my friends vape. I come from a middle eastern culture so smoking is very relevant around family, relatives and friends. But I've had enough. I quit my weed addiction 1 year ago but still struggled with nicotine. I will come back in 2 weeks to update because I will finally bring back the energy I once lost back into my life. Thank you for everything your videos are so helpful I've been watching you for months trying to quit and now something has just clicked. Appreciate much love.
8/13. I’m almost there. I can make it through the week but the weekend’s are when I relapse. I really want to quit so I’m gonna keep trying. Thanks for the motivation!
Every word you say in all your videos makes so much sense, the way you explain and perceive how our own barin plays with us is so correct and important, keep up the good work.. I am quitting today.. 😊
I'm still working up the courage to quit. I have bipolar and had a psychotic break last year that lasted over 6 months. I'm incredibly blessed to have emerged with myself intact. I can hold down a job again, and am returning to school this year. I've recently begun seriously noticing areas of my life that my cigarette addiction corrupts; my singing voice, my connection to my breath, and my habit forming structures among other things. I want to quit, but a part of me is still seriously afraid of destabilizing myself in a way that will contribute to a psychotic episode again. Psychosis was a nightmare that destroyed almost every aspect of my life, and remains one of the most traumatic experiences I have ever been through. I'm building up the resolve to accept the sickness of withdrawal and push through. I've been through this before: I managed a year clean before relapsing. At this point, my fear is breaking a routine that's garnered me a modicum of stability. Wish me luck. If all goes well, I start next week. I don't want to fail myself again. I just don't know how this will impact my stability.
@Mervyn Ronald I managed a year clean of cigarettes many years previous to my long psychotic break. I was smoking tobacco throughout my psychosis. It's more a fear of destabilizing myself now that I have emerged from psychosis, and am still smoking cigarettes. XD
April 13, 2023 been over 24 hours since my last puff before I threw out my vape for the 100th time. This time will be my last im ready to change my life for the better. I no longer think of quitting vaping as a sacrifice but as a blessing to be able to finally find joy in all the natural wonders of life
@omar ali, peace I have had the same behavior as well and I go back and forth from vape to cigs, I had 12 days nicotine free then yesterday I got a vape pen vaoed about 4hours and threw it again in the dumpster, this morning I smoked 7 cigs and 2 clip cigs, Iam now 20 min off nicotine and counting I can do this im completely worn out from using nicotine . I pray for your recovery and everyone else as well. Thank you for your comment.
2024/12/21 is a perfect day to quit. The last time I didn't smoke for two months but now I just quit and this one will be forever. Good luck for everyone, u guys are stronger than this addiction! just be positive)
Started quitting on December 2nd, watching on the 5th. So far I have only had one mental breakdown. 3 days in nicotine free and i don't plan to stop. Thank You
5/25/22 I’ve been watching your videos for a long time with lots of failures in quitting, I’m tired of feeling low energy and always having this damn thing at my side. I’m ready to take back my life and improve my fitness with quitting this horrible drug
I’ve felt this feeling all the time for years now. No energy, Motivation and draining long days. Starting tonight. Thursday at 10:53 pm. I’ll be back with an update. Thanks man
Is quite a journey for sure. After this I relapsed multiple times but in between them I experienced what the withdrawals were and how to deal with them. All and all , I don’t vape anymore and threw everything away . Is the best feeling not just not vaping but the ability to have control over yourself is what’s more rewarding
Today my last day I’ve been worried about getting lung cancer I’m only 17 and just want to be healthy I smoked carts and weed everyday and I’m just done hopefully no serious sickness comes my way and I wish nobody gets a bad health so today I give it up thank for the advise 💯
I’ve been trying to quit vaping the past 6 months and I have relapsed so many times. Sometimes it’s a few weeks, few days, or 6 hours that I fail. Your videos have given me a different mind set and I think this is it for me. My last hit was this morning and I intend to keep it that way.
I know exactly how you feel. I quit vaping 6 months ago. After you get through the first 2 weeks things start getting easier. Letting other people know you quit helps a lot. Chewing gum helps a lot. Stay strong you got this. After you go through the withdrawal you will feel like your normal self, you will go back you the original you. I feel amazing to be back to the real you.
10/27/21- Your videos are amazing man, so relatable “Saying you’re going to follow through on something, and not doing it is the most defeating thing” I truly felt that in my bones my man- I’m on day 2 today, and I feel it this time. Let’s do this
10/22/2021 Well you are so right! how many times? lost count. But have quite smoking cigs, transition to vaping. stupid me. But your hitting the nail on the head, its a mind game for sure. But Im watching all your videos. mind set, reminding me how stupid this really is, smoking.Gave up cigs 3 months ago. self hypnosis. So here I go again for vaping! All the imfo you have givin me, has made sense, again mind thing. Thanks again for all this great information. Wish all good luck with this stupid addiction
August 29th 2021. I went two days and then caved. It made me feel gross and didn't do anything for me. Been on vaping/smoking for over four years and i am done. I can feel it for real this time. Love your content btw!!
Jim, UK, Sunday 15th October 2023. 22:00hrs my last hit! I’m 10 mins in! I’ll check back in 24 hours! I’ve told myself 100’s of times this is my last hit! Wish me luck!
Tomorrow is THE DAY! 3/15/24. Two months to the day from my 40th birthday. I'm GOING TO quit vaping as well as my crippling addiction to kratom. I appreciate your content and I know that I am going to succeed this time.
05/26/23 Im roughly 4 days without taking a hit of a vape. its been tough, i’ve been put in scenarios where i had the chance to take a hit, but this is honestly the farthest i’ve ever gotten by ACTUALLY trying to quit. i find your videos very motivational and they have kept me from relapsing. i wish anyone who is trying to quit the best of luck!
2.10.22 I've used nicotine gum for over 10 years!!!! I started vaping 5 months ago to stop that and man I was hooked right away. I started doing both. Crazy.. It's been since Tues morning vape free.. On day 2.5.(I stopped at 1pm). Anyway very hard. I felt very intense. I found these videos today! They have helped my stress level drop. I don't feel alone. I'm applying ideas I've heard. Thank you .
I have done the exact same thing! Gum 15 years! Lozenges and now vaping. I immediately was hooked. Listening to him is helping my mindset to try a better way. Self will utterly fails me.
You do NOT want to live like this until you are 40! I am 41 and am 3 days off nicotine for the upteeth time. I finally have figured this thing out and am done forever. Quit now if you can and enjoy the rest of your life. ❤
Today is my sixth day nicotine free, i haved to use smoking cigarettes from time to time for about 10+ years, with long pauses, but until recent i used snuff tobacco and vaping.... and now i wanna quit all for good... it's not easy, there are many symptoms which you specify for example anxiety, headache, irritations, but i know i can do it! Your videos are very helpful and true about quiting and last time, failing etc. Thank you man!
May 30th 2022…. Best day, best CHANCE I’ll ever have to quit. Here and Now. NO MORE broken promise to myself, just to support a fatally insensitive and unapologetic addiction, created by the very system that cares even less about my well-being, my life, my dreams… MY TRUTH. SO for real, FAWK. THAT. Let’s DO THIS!
Wednesday 3rd November 2021. Not touching vaping again it literally ruined my health and im 22 i need to put my obsessive energy in other areas of my life.
Before I became a smoker in 2008, I had always been strict on meeting certain goals. After I had been smoking for years, it had been really easy for me to set certain expectations and be ok with not following through with them. I never related it with smoking, but it would only get worse when trying to quit smoking. Eventually you stop using the word "quit" and just try your best to reduce the amount you smoke more and more every day. I had finally been done with smoking around 2015 for a good 8+ months. A newer coworker started using a vape mod in the warehouse (boss was a smoker so he was fine with it). The appeal of the vape mod over cigarettes was just building and building and i had to try it.. Finally bought one to try it out. The taste and smell were amazing.. the thick clouds were so satisfying. I had quit smoking cigarettes but the addiction never completely went away.. This vape mod brought the nicotine addiction back to the surface and I used it much more often that I ever would have with cigarettes.. I slowly reduced the nicotine amount over time to the lowest of 3 milligrams of nicotine per milliliter. Once I got to this point, I enjoyed using the vape mod so much that I didnt WANT to quit.. I think the act of using the vape mod was possibly more addicting than the nicotine itself. Of course the nicotine was still a problem since I was using the vape mod so often ever day, but the act of using it made it even worse. The great smell... taste.. satisfying thick cloud.. the gurgling/burning sound of the atomizer.. etc... it was all just so satisfying to use... I finally got to a point where I needed to quit for health reasons (getting winded easily, possible issues with alveoli, etc) and broke my vape mod to keep myself from cheating every now and then. Yes... i could go to the store and buy a new coil/tank, etc... but if i couldnt keep myself from doing that then there is a bigger issue. I have been completely away from nicotine for about 2 weeks now and found myself here when trying to see if others experiencing the same stress as me when quitting an ecig/vaporizer. Quitting the ecig/vaporizer seems harder than when I quit using cigarettes... was originally planning to just make a comment on not following things through to relate, but much more came out, haha. (sorry)
June 27th 2023, Day two of completely leaving the vape at home and tend on throwing it away and throwing all the stuff in my vape drawer away I really think I meant the point where I'm really going to do this for real
Thank you for being here. 55 yr old female. Smoked from age 16, turned to vaping nicotine 4 yrs ago. Have quit smoking many times for long periods, have quit vaping for 2wks in 2019. I'm hoping this attempt will be the one that sticks. On Day 7 of no vaping, did 3 days of the patch, then went cold turkey, these withdrawals are intense, insomnia, agonizing frustration, nerves are frayed, mind-numbing cloudy-headedness. Deep breathing and journaling is about all I can do. I'm looking for homeopathic aide to ease anxiety CBD OIL maybe.
Going to quit again starting 19th of July! I’m a fitness coach and vaping has been destroying my confidence and cardiovascular health for a year now. My partner vapes and she is not ready to give up which makes things a lot harder as there’s always a vape in the house. I will try again and again until I succeed. If there’s any advice to help me on my journey I would appreciate it. Hope everyone fulfils there goals and succeeds in life. All the best
Thankful for your videos! Been quit for 4weeks, bad headaches occasionally and you do feel tired. But breathing is up ⬆️ Bank balance ⬆️ Positive plans ⬆️ . Personally one thing I’d like to share is if you drinking alcohol makes you crave smoking I would recommended you stop that for the first three months of smoking. You notice you actually need either and it is hard but you will become happy without substances. Don’t let alcohol or cigarettes hold you back from achieving what you need to. They are a depressant.
I love seeing post like this! Thank you so so much for sharing this with the community! Honestly this is going to mean a lot to people questioning their decision to quit!
Before watching a few of your videos 😅😅 not great. After watching, the night sweats/insomnia, mood swings, anxiety/depression didn’t feel like the sky was falling. I quit smoking herbal THC a month ago and just having you keep the bigger picture in perspective was what I needed. A few days/weeks of detoxing/withdrawal symptoms are better than a lifetime of being a slave to nicotine/THC. Will be keeping you on the subscribed list for years to come. It isn’t a sprint to sobriety but a marathon.
@@benwright5117 this is exactly what it’s all about! I have so many more things to come! I am very happy to have you here, thanks for being part of the family!
Six days nicotine-free on my second attempt after vaping for a year and a half daily. Only made it 48 hours the first time. 👍🏻 Really wasn’t expecting the mental anxiety to be so high, I’m hanging in here but it’s difficult. Good thing I’m broke lol. Really appreciated your tip on momentum and self pride 🙏🏻
6 days !! That’s huge congratulations first off 🎉🎉 secondly , realize you’ve made it through the hardest part!! The first 72 hours are the most difficult . You’re already 2x that . Hang in there
@@AddictionMindset I'm talking about cannabis, here, though. I had a good four month cessation, and then some turmoil in my work life led to a relapse of six months, every day usage. I am now on Day 2 of another cessation, but I still have my stash; I have never quit while holding, so I am looking to see how long this can go on for.
I litterally threw my weed pen and cart over my neighbors aluminum fence wanting to quit, later that same day i jumped over the fence to get it back once my mood went to shit, like an argument or something
7-13-2021 Day 4 of no vaping. Feeing okay… having some strong cravings but I’m feeling confident because I leave for a week long backpacking trip in the woods
This video made me feel very hopeful Frank thank you. I’ve been following your channel and TikTok for the past 2 months and I’ve still been stuck in relapse, I could totally relate to everything from the lack of confidence issues to the constant relapsing. I’ll make sure to respond in 3 days :)
48 days vape free my quit day was 11/1/24 I have been using the nicotine patches as perscribed by my dr. 21 mg for 4 weeks 14 mg for 2 weeks, im currently on the 7mg patch and I have about one more week of that to go, I have concerns about how to manage myself when the patch comes off I have already seen some benefits to my health and finances but it is still very much a struggle. This video helped and this channel has for a bit, I could definitely use the encouragement and any advice.
🤔😔😔 is this why i am a huge procrastinator?? I get up knowing i have a lot to do, but just can't be bothered, don't see the point or i find something else to do (like smoke😭😭😫😫) i never hold down jobs. I remove people from my life really easily and fast. I have a failed marriage but he was super abusive. I have decided that if I can leave that situation then surely i can quit smoking.. If it isn't a subconscious thing, then maybe I'm just messed up. Ugh
This is the best quitting nicotine video on youtube, on earth I watched, heared. Thank you so much 💪🏻👍🏻❤️ İ will hear this video more than one time 👍🏻🤓
I've reduced my tolerance to the point that if I do vape, I get physically ill. It's getting easier every day but I'm having trouble kicking my night time vaping, right before bed. I realize this is a dumb time to vape because of the stimulant properties but it seems like it really hits me then.

I watched Allen Carr’s Easy way to quit smoking. That really worked for my cigarette addiction. Now I’m quitting thc. I just hate that I get suicidal depression when I quit. Good luck to everyone
I vaped for about 10 years. 12mg/ml of nicotine, smoking all the time, at my house, my car literally everywhere. Today I'm actually quitting. It's been 8 hours and in my opinion watching even a minute of your videos is just as much of challenge as quitting. But maybe it's beacause Im on withdrawal and knda pissed off.
Today I just cold turkey quit caffeine and nicotine altogether while at work. It definitely wasn't easy, but I can't let the withdrawals make me give in. Going strong from here on out!
Thats what's up! I have quit both caffeine and nicotine as well. It was well worth quitting I have much more energy today then I did when I was hooked.
@@hunterh889 oh I've been 5 days clean this the first time I'm doing this (nicotine) and I'm determined to never touch that shit again. We're born non smokers
@@Bebe_Dee Yeah nicotine is fked up. I remember the first dose of nicotine I ever had was about 2 years ago, ever since the first puff I was basically hooked. It's a frustrating perpetual cycle. I've probably told myself I'm gonna quit literally 300 times, tons of room for negative self-talk about not being able to fully commit. I also find when you quit for a long period of time like a month or two and start up again it's just as hard to requit, but deep down it's really all in your head. Best thing to do from here is to have fun along the journey and treat it as a mini game, and reward yourself with gifts as day goes by good luck!
From 2005 to 2013 I had a bad opiate addiction. I smoked Newport short menthols and it was the easiest thing in the world to quit in 2016 I started vaping and I swear to God the Disposable vape pens are so strong I've only just quit recently.

How did you relapse after 8 monthsv
Today is the day❤.
4/10/22 currently going through the worst insomnia and headaches but I’m motivated to get on a healthier track!
April 21st baby🎉
The starting day was yesterday at lunch time, and I really want to thank you for all these videos. I'm doing fine, failed so many times and now I just want to enjoy all these effects as they dissolve. It's looking tricky but funny, I want to play this game!
21/04/2022
The amount of times I've thrown a vape out a window just to go buy another one 12 hours later sickens me.
We got this habibi, I come from an Egyptian family, a lot of my cousins and friends vape but I’m 7 days clean for the first time in 7 years
Today is 4/20/2024. Today is my last day vaping after 4 years of addiction.
XD
it's 11/8/2022 the end of the night will be 72 hours. Your videos make me realize why I'm doing this. Journey to smoke-free! Nicotine is pointless :)
Yes!!!! This is what this is all about cheers to getting through 72
April 13, 2023 been over 24 hours since my last puff before I threw out my vape for the 100th time.
Thanks man
update?

Heck yes! Thats whats up. It';s all about the mindset. Trust me with the right mindset it becomes much easier to quit.
day 6 and only mild cravings first few days were hell, but after that it’s smooth sailing! well atleast for me
10/27/21- Your videos are amazing man, so relatable
“Saying you’re going to follow through on something, and not doing it is the most defeating thing”
I truly felt that in my bones my man- I’m on day 2 today, and I feel it this time.
3/29 🎉 I am so done with vaping. Thanks for the motivation
05/26/23
Im roughly 4 days without taking a hit of a vape. its been tough, i’ve been put in scenarios where i had the chance to take a hit, but this is honestly the farthest i’ve ever gotten by ACTUALLY trying to quit. i find your videos very motivational and they have kept me from relapsing. i wish anyone who is trying to quit the best of luck!
March 17. I’ll get through this . I’m going to see this through.
Monday 13th may 2024 17 hours in
2.10.22 I've used nicotine gum for over 10 years!!!! Thank you .
Anytime glad to have you here!
I have done the exact same thing! Gum 15 years! Lozenges and now vaping. I immediately was hooked. Listening to him is helping my mindset to try a better way. Self will utterly fails me.
Thank you Dr franc
I quit on Saturday
Wednesday 3rd November 2021. Not touching vaping again it literally ruined my health and im 22 i need to put my obsessive energy in other areas of my life.
Yes exactly the mindset that can go a very very long way!
Here I go Doctor Frank!
Day 2. October 12th.
Time to start the next chapter of my life
Before I became a smoker in 2008, I had always been strict on meeting certain goals.
(sorry)
your videos are soo relatable today I put all my vapes in the trash can and will not dig it out and hit it. I'll check back soon
Watching this in the car on my way home from work.. I audibly said “f*ck you man!” 42 seconds in. It’s like you’ve been stalking me for 3 years.
😎 glad to have ya here.
05/7/2023. It’s my 2nd day 🎉
Thankful for your videos!
Hi! I was vaping since I was fifteen, for 6 years. For the first time ever, I'm 5 days nic-free, thank you doctor!
On day 5 of quitting vaping, thank you for these videos. Really really helped put the withdrawal process into a better perspective.
Heck Yes!! Super Happy to have ya here !
how are ya doing on day 5?
Really wasn’t expecting the mental anxiety to be so high, I’m hanging in here but it’s difficult.
Hang in there
10/5/21 here in Australia.
I quit for the umpteenth time, yesterday; I am 37.
I'm trying to quit, while I am still holding.
Heck yes!!!! This is what’s up! Come back here in three days and let me know how your doing. Got to get though 72
9/10 Thank you for this! I'll check back in 2 weeks
7/30/21. Thank you for sharing and creating such a cool space. This is an awesome perspective and what a nice way to shift the thinking. Thanks you!
You still going strong?
7-13-2021 Day 4 of no vaping. Feeing okay… having some strong cravings but I’m feeling confident because I leave for a week long backpacking trip in the woods
This video made me feel very hopeful Frank thank you. I’ve been following your channel and TikTok for the past 2 months and I’ve still been stuck in relapse, I could totally relate to everything from the lack of confidence issues to the constant relapsing. I’ll make sure to respond in 3 days :)
Heck yes! looking forward to your response. you got this for real, just have some faith in yourself.
3 days 5/9/21
@@harveybriggs9909 Hell yes!!!! The first 72 is the most challenging. How are you doing?
Just hit 1 month without nicotine. It doesn’t seem like to long but this is the longest I’ve ever seen this thru. God bless you Frank.
quit vaping about 4 days ago for like the 50th time at least. Not my first rodeo. Got a head start and feeling great.
You will do great! Just don’t make the same mistakes you made in the past when quitting
Ugh
I’ve watched a lot of your videos, this one is one of your best, thanks for all that you do!
Thank you so much for supporting the channel. Many more good videos to come!
Great advices, thanks a lot 👍🏻👏🏻❤️
This is the best quitting nicotine video on youtube, on earth I watched, heared. Thank you so much 💪🏻👍🏻❤️
İ will hear this video more than one time 👍🏻🤓
I've reduced my tolerance to the point that if I do vape, I get physically ill. It's getting easier every day but I'm having trouble kicking my night time vaping, right before bed. I realize this is a dumb time to vape because of the stimulant properties but it seems like it really hits me then.

@@darkshadowsfishesandpets6074 you quit on my birthday this has to be a sign.
Update?
@@Bebe_Dee Caved in multiple times, quit for 2 months, started up again. Quit for 5 days, then got back into to it. Going to retry again:)
