You may need to remove the CMOS Battery from the motherboard, look in the Playlist on my channel, go to the Gateway Playlist, there should be a video too Help you!

It won't effect your files, it's just resets the Bios to the way it was setup at factory!

Pull the Main Battery, then pull the CMOS Battery out on the Motherboard, Hold the Power button down for 20 seconds, then reinstall the CMOS Battery and the Main Battery!
