I have a Gateway 2022 and have followed your direction on factory reset. The only problem is that my screen doesn't have all the options you say it should. Especially the part about erasing your data. Don't know what to do now. Any ideas on what to do?!?

It won't let me reset my laptop from the start it all ways say there was an problem there was nothing done
it could be your hard drive is bad or the OS is not on it.
