Great video. Tbh January balance patch could shake a bit for mesmer/scrapper/ele but still really good choices. For me personally, Reaper/Scourge are the best for solo stuff, but Im thinking on trying warrior for the next update. New staff weapon could be so good for solo stuff.
Yep that sounds like a good choice, I think warrior will be really good with the staff in open world. As for the next balance patch for January, it sucks that we have so many unnecessary nerfs, but the open world builds do not focus on maximum damage, so they should still be fun to play 😀
Hello, I used to play Necromancer but damn In the last month I am cheating with Revenant, I am having so much fun, everything you said confirms my current biases toward the class :D
Playing as WvW Healbrand (since FB was introduced), i don't really feel Firebrand to be great in Open World, specially soloing bounties (all bounties, no cherry-picking).
Yep, there are unnecessary nerfs in my opinion as you couldn't reach those benchmark numbers for a normal player, but for open world builds you do not focus on max dps so the impact is not significant
@gadsanchez4929 I would suggest to start with herald if you want a fighter class or mirage if mage is more what you prefer, but both are good choices 👍
He is kinda slow in some situations, expecially the condi iteration, but I disagree for the power iteration, and also, having 6 blinks with no efford means hes the most mobile spec in the game, not even thief can compare to that.
I actually said the opposite for willbender @9:42, the first part was in general about Guardian, but willbender is the one that feels best to play for me 😉
@@roadstargaming totally my bad ,since i only play Willbender i jump straight to Guardian and clip was Willbender and i just rage quit after that 10 sec 😂

Solid list. Id move both elite specs of ele behind reaper only because of complexity vs simplicity. I agree with the rest. Nice work
For daredevil, there is a condi build that lets you 1v1 anything both in PVE & WvW. It's squishy but has a great lifesteal output.

I know right, I don't think he ever actually tested builds outside celestial build 😂.
