Recipe 1:
Chickpea Soup:
-Soup: Blend 1/2 cup of shredded sweet potatoes, 3 tablespoons coconut aminos, 1 whole avocado, 1 cup cashews, 1 tablespoon of tahini, 2 leaves of thymes, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, paprika, and creole seasoning (add water as needed for texture).
-Sprouted chickpeas (instructions on how to sprout • How Easy It Is To Get ... )
-All all ingredients together in a bowl
Recipe 2:
Tomatoes and Avocado:
-1 large tomato
-2 avocados
-1 teaspoon of creole seasoning, chili peppers, black pepper, and jerk seasoning.
-1 teaspoon of chia seeds
-1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
-1 teaspoon of mince garlic
Recipe 3:
Stuffed Mushrooms
-Dehydrate mushroom for 34 minutes at 115 degrees
-Stuffing: Blend 1 cup cashews, 2 tablespoons coconut aminos, 1 tablespoon mince garlic, 1 tablespoon crushed red peppers, 1 tablespoon chili peppers, 1 tablespoon creole seasoning, 1 teaspoon oregano, and 1 tablespoon tahini.
-Garnish with pomegranate seeds and spicy tahini (made with 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon paprika).

Career and Personal Background:
I have a BA in Accounting and MBA in Human Resources. It wasn't until I fell ill that I found my passion for health. It's true what they say your passion is in your pain. Even on a low vibrational day, I still have this overwhelming desire to help and guide other people to good health. I know the feeling of hopelessness and no one should ever have to feel that way.
On another note, I am raising a beautiful queen who also has a passion for health. We live in Atlanta and we love it here! We enjoy shopping at different international markets and experiencing the different cultures (Jamaican culture, African culture, Indian culture etc.). It's a great time to be alive and live in the present time. I truly create content that will at least save one person. Views are great, but inspiring just one person to keep pushing to heal is enough for me. I will continue to let my love and light shine through your screen to help heal some part of whatever has you stuck in that place that hurt you.
I think you have a REALLY good head on your shoulders. I'm a long-term Vegan Raw Foodist. I also took my food everywhere I went. I would make it in the morning before leaving, pack it in my roller bag. . and leave it there until I ate it. It never 'turned' or spoiled on me. . . and I ate room temp foods. I'm also a tea drinker - - the only heated item i will ingest. I think it's easy to be a vegan raw fooder. . . and certainly much healthier. We retain a youthful vibrance all our days.

88 Days on Seeded Grapes 🍇 🍇 with the exception of a few seeded watermelons I've only eaten seeded Grapes. This is my second sweet water dense fruit detox in 6 months. I'd really like to go 120 days or more and see if I can continue to reverse symptoms of Cerebral palsy. I plan on adding a citrus juice detox in the last month along with continuing using rebounder a few times a day for lymphatic system draining. I've been intermittent fasting for most of this time as well , let's see what healing I can achieve these last 30 plus days left on this detox.
Loved this, vibe and tea and all. Let's Break all the made up "raw rules". I ain't never putting my tea away. Been life saving when sick. Ty for recipes, Def trying!

Yes I take my food out of the fridge hours before!! And I'm in hot summer atm. Room temp is where it's at, everyone thinks its cold only but its truly only smoothies lol.
I haven't seen many do raw like this, more veggies higher fat, I like how the quantity is less in portion, I just wish my body could eat more fat. and all your foods are new to see. you're very creative & super grounded & authentic to watch, it's refreshing to see on this lifestyle. I know I've said this now a bit but at this point you are a refreshing mocktail lol we need the recipes lol

You need mango.. and yang foods… this will help you the most! Oranges, lemons (for juices) and pineapple freshly juiced.. they sll will instantly increase your bodys temperature

It was cold during my juice cleanse. I honestly don’t think it matters; however, I did a lot of movement which helped with increasing my body temp. So I can only speak from that perspective when movement is involved.
My experience with sprouting chickpeas were they were still hard after sprouting. Are yours soft?
