The cop should have a body cam on him and a dash cam on his car. Ur lawyer should be able to get the footage from it and I would have that officers fired if I could cuz he thinks he's above the law and can do and say whatever he wants.

incidents like this make me so upset. my dad is a retired cop and he was a wonderul one at that. and seeing a lot of these cops now a days abuse their power saddens me. there are always the good and the bad, and unfortunately the bad cops are outshining the good. i just hope people know that not all cops are assholes. hope everything works out for you Alx. much love!!💛

There has to be some kind of cameras that saw that he was parked in the middle of the street. Also if he was trying to have a low key conversation with a potential witness wouldn't he want to blend in and not stand out? Cop cars stand out by themselves but parking in the middle of the road when he could have parked in front of the truck in the first place got out and pulled the UPS guy a side and talked to him, you wouldn't have had this problem. Also did the UPS guy agree to testify as a witness? Because if he tells the truth you have it, it's done.

Notice how in the report the cop doesn't mention anything about telling you that you interrupted an investigation... and he was looking for a suspect. He doesn't mention how he was talking to the ups driver.. all that should have been included. More proof he's lying. Because that'd prove that he was stopped in the road blocking traffic.
