You're also supposed to know what you're being charged for & Miranda rights read. In the beginning of report vid shows how dark tint is so how he gonna see into car & you can see some of the front seat showing it's not full to top. When you ask for help, medically they're supposed to call for assistance to check on you (anxiety, wrists, in car no air, abrasions). Take this to the top! I'm happy you're safe!

Cops don't have to read you your rights while arresting you, that is a movie myth. They only read your rights during an interrogation after the person is brought back to the police station and booked.
If he never read you the Miranda rights, he couldn't have arrested you. He also had had to tell you why you're being arrested before he even puts you in the car

Regardless of someone's race or color, being mistreated by a cop who is abusing their power and authority is wrong. I completely agree with that. And we can agree to disagree about the "white people are killed more often by police than others" unless you can give me legit proof and when a white person is killed by the police they usually get justice whereas that doesn't really happen for pocs. When a cop kills a poc they never get charged and are rewarded with paid vacation... I mean "suspension".
I'm really not trying to turn this into a big debate though. I was just trying to show my appreciation for the fact that Alx considered what could have happened to him had he not been white because it's not too often that someone will put themselves in someone else's shoes.

I 100% disagree that most white people get justice. There are cases with any race that some people who are killed or injured by police deserve it and some don't and some get justice and some don't. People try to make it a race issue wheb it's really a person issue. Some people are bad people. Some cops are some of those people. Some of them are racist and some if them just abuse their power regardless of race. It's not a race issue and it's not a police issue. It's a person issue. Some people are just bad and when you put a bad person in a position of authority, bad things will happen.

I'm not trying to make this only about race but systematic racism is a thing and must be considered when discussing these types of issues because it applies. And I realize that not all cops are bad but the "good" cops who knowingly turn a blind eye to the injustice and pretend that it's not happening or won't speak out against a co-worker who they know are abusing their power isn't any better than the bad ones.
