Hi 👋, Great words spoken by a well educated young female, she has put the time and effort into finding whatever she could all about the properties dating back to the 16th century, the place looks amazing, very well restored keeping the elegance of the property, I have helped restore and worked on a lot smaller properties back in the Uk , I now live in the Correze Region of France , in a moulin , saying this, I wished I was back at work, This amazing project, I wish you all the success for the future, Phil from the moulin,

Wow, such an inspirational episode. Her enthusiasm got me all fired up and I listened to every single message she was sharing. The art of living sums it up correctly, from the arts to food to sustainability and likeminded spirits. I am actually in the process of buying a chateau In Normandy and instead of using it just for us to retire in parttime I would like to broaden that. So I’m taking notes 📝, thank you ever so much for this gem of a lady on today’s episode 💎

❤ This was a fabulous tour. I feel like I've seen this one before with the story of what she's done with it. Another quick interview. But this was lovely looking both at the Chateau itself as well as the story it's wrapped up in. Love all the information. Given with heart and not a sense of elitism. Most Chatelain are focused on the collection of historical furniture and lineage, which is only really interesting for those who find politics of any use. I'm far more interested in the feel and heritage of how the past relates to those who are living in it now. She's definitely the correct person for this chateau.

Wine production was a way to save many Chateaus, pride of the Royal lineage.....Many red wines where considered the blood of the family....The difference between the Chateau you own vs the Chateau owns you is blood......They would provide and support the region with the food/wine production..... Restoration of these great monuments of history bring the past alive once more......

It's in good shape and she is to be commended for the good state of the buildings. But the furnishings are far too modern. Chateaux are meant to be furnished in traditional taste. To furnish them in a modern way is to do them a disservice. Perhaps she can transition the furniture into something more appropriate as time goes on.
