For those unaware, Sashay in PBR uses stall sets when you fight her in the Masters Battle of Stargazer Colosseum. She uses Pokés like Confuse Ray-Sand Attack-Mean Look Umbreon, Double Team-Rest Registeel, and even a Subsititute-Spite-Swagger-Pressure Weavile, of all things. Her whole game is slowly PP stalling your Pokémon while you try not to throw your Wiimote through your television screen.

My main complaint with stall players is the fact that by extending the game to ridiculous lengths and giving you multiple chances to throw out attacks: they have the audacity to complain about crits and hax.
Your strategy literally creates more opportunities for me to hax you with a random crit. It's your fault for losing to it.
I also just couldn't stand the insane scald rng cause by virtue of battles going on for a while: burns would be almost guaranteed at one point and this led to a lot of frustation.

Why not advocate for evasion to be legal since you love stall so much. Let's see you wall something you can't hit. Its not broken tho, just run aerial ace on everything or swift. There's two ways around it so don't complain.

It’s funny because design wise one reason crits exist and function like they do is to discourage stall specifically. It rewards more aggressive play and discourages stall, because the more you attack, the more likely you’ll eventually hit a critical that can matter. If you’re expecting to take dozens of hits, you need to be prepared for a few crits among them

The problem I think is how suspect test and banning works. It is often easy for an offensive threat to be deemed "no counter" if it by definition, requires only one turn of setup and blow through everything and has an answer for unaware pokemon, but it's much more difficult to ban stall playstyle, which may involve complex bans.
What also doesn't help is how trappers work. Encore Wobbuffet and Trick Gothittelle can force a stall mon out or make it much less useful, but shadow tag is too universal and quickly banned, Magnezone is too specific which enables Skarmory to legitimately run shed shell and not at a disadvantage, that leaves Dugtrio, a mon that deals with offense much better than stall.
