I’m having to watch it on silent because I’m in bed and awake entirely too late... and you truly have a mother’s touch. It’s too intriguing to fall asleep but man it’s relaxing 😅😍
I didn't take my eyes off what you were doing for one second! Amazing how that looks so much like wood grain. Better than all other tutorials about faux wood. Great job.
Your comment made my day when I first read it and again as I sit down to reply to the comments that have come in. Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment ❤
I was honestly stunned with how this came out for my project (I’m doing a Fallout New Vegas costume and wanted one of my airsoft replicas to have a wooden finish to it), and this was spectacular! I honestly couldn’t believe how much like actual wood it looked like, and how simple and easy to follow your tutorial was!
Thank you so much, this technique works so well, it is awesome. Word of warning, I wanted to clear coat my project but all I had was spray coat, had to do many many VERY thin coats, otherwise the aerosol reactivated the alcohol and it would smear.

I absolutely Love this look. I don’t do cups or tumblers but I do use alcohol ink a lot on paper and tile, this would make a stunning background. Using acrylic on top of it would be so pretty, I’m excited to try this. Thank you so much for your step by step tutorial. Your work is beautiful.
Your video is awesome! I have been wanting to do a wood grain tumbler for 2 reasons, im a wood worker & I love the wood grain tumbler look. Thank you for showing how you do the knots 😁

AMAZING! Thank you for being so detailed in your tutorial. I'm making 5 woodgrain tumblers for groomsmen and while I've done basic woodgrain I wanted to amp it up for these with some knots. Your tutorial is hands down the best I've seen so far (and I've watched a lot).
