I really like this device, I just wish it could support Android and give access to a range of apps. I recently bought the Lamy and use a Staedtler tip which gives more pen feel.
adding Android support probably will require better chips and thus lead to a higher price... and lost of focus on the device. It is a common paradox of large screen e-ink devices. No one has addressed it in the perfect balance.
Thanks. I have a Boox Max 3 and which may represent a good compromise, all things considered. Did I read that there is an Android add-in available. I just want to use my favourite Android pdf and e-pub apps with a dictionary app and eink Bro browser
Here it is but you have to pay extra for it. RUclips won't allow the link. "Good e-Reader is proud to introduce our Android unlock service for the 2nd generation Fujitsu Quaderno A4, with a 13.3 inch screen. You will receive a device that has the exact same software experience as a normal Quaderno, but you will have a new menu. This menu would have Google Play and your library apps."

@@rowdyblakley8669 I think there is a firmware that allows installing apps on Quaderno, but I am not sure about the details...
You may be right, I shall check and see what I can find

Do you plan to get one and make a comparison video? Quad has been my most interested e-ink device due to its weight.
not really. I have too many e-ink devices that I don't use now...
What device do you recommend for manga and books? Micro SD expandable memory would be a nice addition.
Boox Leaf or Nova series? Or even Note series. Depending on your preferred screen size and budget
