hey, i want to know like what happens if the same case get's repeated a drunk minor hits a young couple and kills them but this time he is middle-class, so can't the defending lawyer directly bring out this case and defend this new killer as well?? and show it as an example that literally for the same case supreme court gave him pass to go free??

My experience in govt hospital:
I am suffering from severe neck pain which comes back in every 10-15 days. I used to go to orthopedic doctors who charged high fees (according to the financial status of my family). So I decided to go to a govt hospital for treatment. After waiting about 30-40 mins (I was lucky that day) my turn came. In the line of patients who came to see a orthopaedic doctor, I discovered, I was the only person who could walk and had a better condition than others. Most of the other patients suffered accidents or went through major surgeries. No doctor was even looking at them while writing medicines. Doctors were writing medicines on the basis what they were hearing and seeing the reports (no checking of wounded spot). Avg time it took to treat a patient was about 30 seconds. I was no exception, I was given paracetamol 500mg and pantoprazole after traveling 25 km and standing in line for about 30-40 mins. 😂

I come under EWS reservation and they didn't make my certificate when I needed it. Then I asked help from my cousin who had contacts with politicians and he paid them 1-2k and I got my certificate even after close time in about 2-3 hours.

I live in a PG in Ahmedabad. One of my flatmates went to the police station for the verification of his updated passport and the police officer said no to him like it can't be done like this you need this doc and that doc etc although he had all the correct docs but she denied to proceed. at the end she took 1000 or 3000 rupees(don't remember correctly) from him to proceed with the verification.
and the irony is 2 weeks before this event i went to the same police station and same police officer for the same purpose with all the correct docs and she did my verification without charging money.

Correct me if I'm wrong. The bail was granted because in Juvenile Justice act a person above 16 can only be imprisoned if he commits any heinous crime. However porche kid was tried for a crime which is not categorised as heinous under law. Why can't the courts treat cases like these as exceptional and judges to put their mind to it to punish these kind of people who abuse these legal loopholes to roam free. It's sad to see justice being fiddled around with like this.
And should we also release every criminal who have experienced "trauma" and never let them face repercussions for their actions.
