Unboxing: Time to upgrade my faulty Canon M50?

- The time has finally come!… I've been rocking the Canon M50 virtually as an everyday carry since 2018. I use it interchangeably as a street camera with my Canon 6D, and 6Dmk2 which I tend to cycle through month-by-month. I love the quality that the full frame cameras bring, but I always somehow return to the crop frame M50, with surprise and enjoyment. It's a fun little camera! I've used it so much, as well as in the rain, that the rubber seals have worn away from the back, and it has developed an intermittent fault or two over the years which I have not been able to rectify. It's definitely on it's last legs!… Six years is a long time to use one street camera, and so I've decided it's time for an upgrade!… Watch as I unbox the successor camera this wonderful little workhorse… Long live the Canon M50!… Zum
HI ya. MPB are a great outfit (except for their illegible logo, oh lawd) and the expectation of a packages arrival, even though you know what the contents are still raises a smile. I am glad you big up your kit lens it will make the camera snobs get their knickers in a twist. I bought a 18-55 with VR that is lightweight; tack sharp, cost peanuts and works great with my Nikon 300S. And, like yourself, I like APSC as it meets my needs. Have a good weekend of decisive or indecisive moments with your new addition.

Nice upgrade!! I often miss my M50 and would consider a M5. MPB is a great place to pick up used gear!!
for the first few minutes I'd have sworn your cameraman was a damn pigeon or a trash ferret. maybe it is. but i'll go with autofocus being the aural culprit until you say otherwise.
Yeah… I forgot to push my microphone jack all the way in on the camera, and as a result we have audio from the camera instead of from the the lav mic. Couldn't be bothered to re-record it! LOOOL
