I am from India. Actually this concept amuse me b'coz our ancestors followed a custom of taking a nap after lunch. Now we need a specialist to bring this concept to our knowledge.Hmm, I wonder how many good things we lost in this busy world!!?
It was literally 7:37 when I answered B for the linda problem. Then it hit me. Why would a femininst care about nuclear issues? thats a war issue, not a femininism issue. Awesome video
Great review. In my school they were taking this into account a lot, telling us to rest between 2-4 pm and do our school stuff afterward. I am not really into naps, but going for a walk in nature is a good break for me :)
Thank you for actually taking your valuable time to actually read and creating the script and animation for this book. Now I know that this book is a waste of time. I love your videos. Keep it up bro.
Subhanallaah wal Hamdulillaah! That practice came from Moors/Muslims/Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam, it was from his Sunnah and he sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam would encourage us to do the same... And it is still in practice today! Alhamdulillaah! May Allaah Bless Love and Guide Us All!
I will definitely check the book. Every time I watch a cool review or summary like this one, I feel the urge to go and buy the book. Insight work like writing the scripts for my animations is always much more productive in the afternoon so what you speak about around 5:27 makes perfect sense :)
That's a great book 📚, and that's why the naps are so important. Napoleón, Einstein, Rockefeller and so much more successful people took naps everyday Great video👏
I just don't understand how it's possible to nap for 10 to 20 minutes. Do they mean you just shut your eyes and lay quietly for that long? Or do they mean fully asleep for 10-20 minutes, but the nap would technically be longer because it takes a few minutes to fall asleep before those 10-20 min? It takes me about 10-20 minutes just to fall asleep in the first place, sometimes longer! And then how can you be sure you'll wake up 10-20 min after falling asleep since you can't predict how long it'll take you to fall asleep, so setting an alarm for, say, 30 minutes might accidentally wake you after only five minutes of actual sleep, or if you drop off right away, after 25 min which would be too long and leave you groggy. People make short naps sound so easy but I just can't wrap my mind around how this is possible. I can't nap that short. I either can't nap at all or I need roughly 1.5 to 3 hours.
If you cant sleep in these time frame it mean that this kind of nap is not for you. Yes you juste close your eyes for 5-10 min and fall asleep for 20-25min
we may be aware of habits existing in India or Spain, but it is very much culture dependent, so it does not mean that if we know them we do apply them. So, for some cultures it is useful for business people to become aware of these aspects because many successful business people are workaholic and this affects not only themselves, but also their families and team members/ peers.
As a Muslim, I take a lot of insight from the practices of Prophet Muhammad, who used to nap in the middle of the day. There are endless examples of how his behaviour, which he also taught his followers, are only now being scientifically validated, like not cleaning your backside with bones (germs, which Prophet Muhammad said were food for the 'invisibles'), instead cleaning with water when available etc.
Cool concept, but when do you do physical work then? :) Also, I seem to have troughs after every meal (which are quite large as of now) what do you make of that?
brilliant workpiece sir...loved every bit of animation and learning more from you...from oct 23 2019 We both might collaborate once I finish uploading 60+ animated book summaries. Keep inspiring
2:45 Some research shows coffee to be harmful to your health, If you're reading this, please take it into your consideration, do your own research, and don't blindly follow.
This nap is called "qelula" in Arabic. It is a sunnah popularized by Muhammad (SAW), the holy prophet of Islam. I am not saying that it hadn't existed before. But Middle Eastern had started this tradition way back emulating his life. And Muslims around the world follow it. Quite interesting, huh?
This is a great video. I use a lot of your videos in my college success courses at Shasta College. In order to meet federal accessibility guidelines for education, videos are required to have accurate captions with proper punctuation and word matching. Would you, or whoever manages your RUclips channel, be willing to add accurate captions for your hearing impaired viewers? Thanks so much!
Regarding the "Linda Problem" excercise, the logic is flawed or at best limited. Given the information provided about the subject in the first placet, people would easily deduct the second answer as being the correct one, being more specific to all information that was provided. One does engulf the other, but the second one is more precise given all the information inputted.
Linda being a bank teller is in both choices, and logically speaking, going by her activities in college, it's highly likely that she WILL be a part of the feminist movement. I don't really see how there's even a "wrong" answer in that question, but perhaps I need to freshen up and take a nap... or maybe the 'Linda Problem' has some real problems..

Awesome video
One of the most productive videos that answered my concerns about my drowsiness at lunch time
The nappuccino is one I've heard of a lot and it definitely sounds like a great way to restore some energy and focus. Cheers!
I love your channel. I being a slow reader, find your videos and 1-pager summaries invaluable! Thank you so much!
This should be adopted by the corporate world. Great insight and break down as usual!
Great Work Brother,Reaching out all the way to East Africa (Rwanda)

This is why in Spain lunch and nap time is from 2 to 4.30- 5pm. Coincidence?
Subhanallaah wal Hamdulillaah!

Khalid Safir Alhamdulillah
Khalid Safir Mohammad is also a pedophile.
Great info and now I have a reason for the quick 'siestas' I take :) thank you.

what do you make of that?
As a Spaniard I’m a master napper, out siesta is so important to us. Contrary to popular believe In Europe we are more productive than Germans.
thats a bold statement :)
Well done!! 😊

Really good video! I can't believe you don't have more followers! Great work!
Great Video.....thanks for your amazing work!
I am watching at 9pm. And i really told B as answer.
So, what if I WAKE UP at 2pm lol? Do I wake up and immediately experience a trough?
Same question! I mostly wake up at about 11am.
No they are saying it's 7 hrs after you wake up.
Although both answers are correct, answer B is logically MORE correct.
i got the linda problem wrong but in my defense i am watching this at 3 pm
How do you nap if you arent tired?
What application do you use for creating your clips?

Magnificent one
What is a nap?
A nappuccino aka drugs kids. A drug routine.
Very helpful
Fantastique!
Love it.
prophet Mohamed PBUH used to take naps during that exact time for 10-20 minutes
I don't always take a nap, but when I do, it is usually after sex.
Omg I'm watching this at 2:58 pm
Chinese workers always take half hour nap during noon after lunch...
How about exercise??
Me starting work at 2pm: 😐
Awesome ..
My answer to the coin question was: Because, in this time, Rome didn't have an Emperor haha

Can someone explain that riddle problem I thought it was a bank teller with feminism??
all feminist bank tellers are bank tellers.
