Engaging with books has significantly elevated my perspective on investing. True wealth isn't built through mere savings; financial freedom stems from strategic investments. I've learned that accumulating wealth hinges on making prudent investment decisions.

Many thanks, I been tryin to find out about "flow state concentrates cartridge" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Fiylianaton Glorious Framework - (search on google ) ? It is a smashing exclusive guide for discovering how to hack your flow state and succeed minus the normal expense. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend got cool success with it.

Have you ever come across - Fiylianaton Glorious Framework - (just google it ) ? It is an awesome one of a kind guide for discovering how to hack your flow state and succeed without the headache. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my partner got amazing results with it.

  • @kickboxingunderground

This emphasis on FLOW is amazing advice. Coincidentally, the home exercise system I invented makes this a core principle as well. On my website I say, "The Kickboxing Underground system has been carefully designed to help you experience a flow state during exercise.
Being lost in a flow state is good for your mind, your emotions, and nervous system. It gives your worries a break and reduces stress dramatically. Distractions, however, are sure flow killers.
You can’t answer the phone, respond to texts, or anything else during the training. You must constantly bring your mind back to the present. You need to carve an hour out for yourself, your body, and your mental well-being. This is how you get recharged and rejuvenated. So stay in the flow and enjoy your own personal “training camp”. "
It is so true. If you don't have flow, your enjoyment is going to diminish exponentially. Great video content on your channel, my friend!

Great video. I have been studying flow for awhile and read The Rise of Superman, Stealing Fire, and Flow. I'm trying to disseminate this info to people in easily digestible form at this point and truly grateful to have found this. Recently watched another video with great graphics and quality but discussed flow as only something you go into when it's a meaningful activity, something you like to do...and I love to explain how life can be made into a flow experience with this understanding. Cleaning the kitchen, bartending as I do, and even assembly line work as discussed in flow. I am sharing some screenshots of this on my Instagram story and I'll surely share the video with those more interested.

    1. Focus: There shouldn't be any other brain power to pay attention to.
    Eliminate all distractions.
Good focus exercise before work: Meditate before work, listen to music.
    2. Freedom: egoless. Let go. Trust yourself. Get rid of inner critics.
Set 25-minute permission timer. And then get into critical mode.
    3. Feedback
Frequent feedback is good for improvement
Short-term goal helps to gain frequent feedback
Have light weight hourly check in and reflection: What have I accomplished in the last hour? What am I going to achieve in the next one?
    4. Four percent challenge: Goldilock's rule
Practice will someone slightly (4%) better than you.
Tip: Reduce the time you do your work. 50% meets my expectation is a good guide line.

Yet another insightful analysis thank you Nathan. The 4% better element sounds similar to ideas I've read about 'Plus, Minus, Equal' from the likes of James Altucher. Compete with and/or try to learn from those who are 1 level above us. Share and collaborate with peers. Teach / Help those who are not yet at our level.

I find that there's 2 stages of flow, or maybe I'm just in deep focus vs. flow.
Sim racing for example: Stage 1: There's intense focus, nothing else on my mind but the race. Stage 2: I literally watch myself drive, there's complete lack of effort, I am unaware of what my hands are doing, its total autopilot and you make CRAZY laptimes. Very rare though, only experienced twice.

I use to experience flow when I studied architecture and I did quite well but somehow anxiety got in the way, then led to self doubt and self esteem issues and then a deep depression. Do you think this book will help me get back on track? I cant afford a experienced therapist, they are so expensive here in the UK. The NHS waiting list is more than a year in my local area and cant wait that long.
if this book is truly helpful I will be interested.

Maybe ADHD is part of evolution too. Because we can "hyperfocus" which is similar to what FLOW sounds like. I suspect they are the same.

    • @rmt3589
      @rmt3589 2 года назад +1

@A/X But it's fairly easy to organize, you just have to be passionate and obsessed with what you're working on. Do that, and hyperfocus is acedental. Top quality work for hours, with only the exhaustion of seconds. I find I need to be partly distracted, and active music tends to fill the gap and allow me to flow.
